I ordered mine july 13, 2022 it is now july 28 and i never received an email or hard copy in the mail. Just says running late. Sent messages to seller, no response. If it is this difficult to get the policy imagine how hard it would be to get your fire tablet repaired or replaced by them. Terrible.

You should have received an e-mail message from all-state with all of the info of what is covered and how to utilize the coverage.

I’m pretty sure you have to buy the warranty plan from the place you bought the tablet. I have always been offered the plan when i purchase any electronic.

Yes it covers any accidental damage they are very quick to pay

I thought mine was new? Didn’t know refurbished? Anyway, i love this thing and carry it everywhere. I have phone and laptop, but kindle goes everywhere with me, high risk for damage. I got it because my wife had one and someone stepped on screen and cracked hers. Was total loss. Then she went through severe kindle withdrawal as we couldn’t afford to replace. That’s why i got. Hope converge okay when needed. That’s the big catch with any insurance company. Always seem to say ‘well that’s not covered, it’s buried in the 5,000 word policy, we do that so it’s totally unreadable.’

It’s a one time fee.

Just take a couple weeks off work and read the 5,000 word policy. It’s buried in there somewhere they hope you won’t find.
