I purchased this monocular telescope to use while on vacation in the great smoky mountains. I used it for magnification of many objects but especially enjoyed using it for elk watching in the national park. I found it very easy to use the two settings to adjust the focus and distance and found it comfortable to use while wearing glasses. I used it with and without glasses with only a minor adjustment of the eye lens. I found objects to be bright and clear even as light was fading late in the day. I also like that you only need one hand for viewing and making the necessary adjustments. This monocular doesn’t have image stabilization so i did use the provided tripod for stabilization in some cases and it works well. It also comes with a smartphone adapter but i have only used it to make sure it will work with my phone. It isn’t hard to attach to the monocular but that’s as far as i’ve gotten with it. Overall, this monocular meets my expectations and the price is right.

Super satisfied with it! Love it! It’s small you can take it anywhere with you. It has crystal clear view and you can’t beat the price. I’m surprised on how far i could see and how clear it is plus you can see even further when you mount your phone to it. If your looking to star gaze or watch animals but don’t wanna spend a bunch of money on something big i definitely recommend this. I bought it to look at the stars plus i can see the craters on the moon in detail when i connect my phone which also surprised me. The only negative thing i have to say is the tripod could be stronger, it’ll fall back sometimes when i have my phone mounted to it, but i have an iphone pro max so it’s kind of a big phone.

I got this for some fall hiking in the rockies with my wife. I have very nice 10×50 sport (perma-focused, heavy) binoculars but wanted something smaller to carry. I rarely look at anything close. So, i set it to see far away and use quickly. Takes a bit to fiddle with and get used to as compared to my binos. This fits in my small waist pack. It is good for checking out ‘what’s that over there…’ and seeing stuff further up the mountain. Also, good for in my kayak/paddleboard/motorcycling. I would consider this splash resistant and would not submerge. Also, it not as expensive as my binos if it went overboard or got dropped or damaged. It comes with a tripod and phone adapter. I bought a separate case for transporting/storing the monocular and accessories.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday. He loves hiking and is always looking out across valleys and mountain tops trying to see what is there. This model has a longer view range where he can see into farther spaces and places and it’s small and light weight for a smaller backpack. Last week we went hiking and he reached for the monocular. He said, ‘this is perfect! I can see everything!’ that was a score! This is a great gift for anyone who wants a better distance-view.

Was pleasantly deprived that this worked with mh camera. Pretty good zoom considering the price. And good first time purchase of this type lens as i wanted to see if i wanted to stick with binoculars or go with monocular viewer. Love this as i have bad eye site and one eye with a stigmatizm. This baby has two settings one that brings the critter you’re looking at closer and one that can be used to fix your eyesore. I love that i can use this without glasses!

Easy to use and set up. Works great! Enjoying watching birds, animals, landscapes and cape canaveral rocket launches! Didn’t know we had so much night time activities in our backyard til using the telescope’s night vision. Cool! Being lightweight makes it great for camping and orienteering too!

Would prefer magnetic style phone holder attachment instead of clamp. After several practice attempts got phone holder to work with telescope. Definitely telescope is better than digital zoom. Photos will be round. Only one lense cover is attached, so worried about losing detached cover with different people using telescope.

Overall, we’re very happy with our purchase for performance, price, portability and value!

I bought this in early august and have mainly been using for rifle ranges, work purposes, and nighttime viewing. While initially it took some time for me to adjust to using it, i’ve gotten pretty efficient in using it. It doesn’t have built in ir night vision but if you are looking at something at night, the ambient city light is usually good enough illumination. As far as i am aware, there is no zoom feature but you can adjust the focus to adjust depth of field to bring different depths into clear view. Overall excellent purchase; it’s lightweight, affordable, and so far durable.

Fun affordable product. Wide variety of uses. Could use more how-to suggestions to facilitate easy usage. Hand lanyard is a plus, the eye cap has an open slot for clipping, but the end cap does not, it does however have a security insert to attach directly to unit. Always losing accessories so facilitating this within a single adjustable (hand & neck) lanyard would be handy.

I love hiking and going on adventures around scenic areas like the ocean, mountains, etc. I bought the monocular telescope to look at beautiful animals and plants while i go on my hikes or walking near ocean. This product really helped me discover different sides of nature.
Great focusing feature and tripod allows to see sharp images of nature!

Simple and easy to use, the telephoto is very good to see with the eyes, and it is not as clear as the eyes to see it with a mobile phone. Cost-effective products. I would personally use him as a sighting telescope for the shooting range

I purchased this item because it was on a good sale and while i have a large portable telescope for hunting i don’t have anything smaller and compact like this and i thought it would be a good addition to my equipment to go with my binoculars. The one-handed use of this product is probably it’s best feature while hunting. Moving one arm rather than both is much easier. It’s also much lighter and more compact making it easier to carry in my pocket rather than on a chest harness.
As long as you don’t go into purchasing this product with the expectation that it’s going to replace a pair of binoculars, you will be happy with it. It doesn’t get five stars in my opinion because i find it difficult to adjust the clarity and zoom on. It also doesn’t work that well in low light conditions and they have a bad glare at times.

Overall this is a great product for the cost.
However, two thoughts, first is that it’s a lot better with a longer tripod. It’s fine if you want to sit on counter or some place like that, but if outside and nothing to sit it on, it’s way to low. Second is that the focus strength is great, but you cannot get anything clear at 50 or less feet.
Still a great deal tho.

For the money it’s worth it, i compared it to an old set of binoculars and it’s a much brighter view and more zoom, my only issue is the low night vision, it doesn’t seem to pick up in the dark but i’ve only used it a couple of times in the dark.

The product worked really well. I had trouble connecting the monocular to my phone for picture taking. The apparatus wouldn’t fit my phone very well

Asked for this product for my birthday and am very happy i have it. It is small enough to keep handy and open and start using, i haven’t set up the tripod that is supplied yet, but did take some trial pics with the phone adapter and they have been great pictures. The adjustment for sighting is very easy and works well. The monocular lets in a good amount of light so using at dusk the objects are bright. The only thing is the lens cover in the front falls out easily from the holder. I don’t know if they wanted you to remove and place in pocket, but would be nice to have a way to keep all lens caps attached so as not to loose them. I may even get a second pair to keep in the truck at the ready.

I recently took it fishing in the mountains and it worked great for the size it is. It fit in the pocket of vest and was easy to access.

The monocular telescope itself works perfectly well—however the first one i recieved didn’t last an hour. While testing it out i tried adjusting the eye cap and the whole peice disconnected from the telescope and the eye lens fell out. The replacement that shipped seems to be of better quality so perhaps the first was just defective. The included lens caps fit snuggly and seem pretty well made. The included tripod and phone mount are made of plastic and aren’t great so if you really want those i would look elsewhere. Also the included pouch will only fit the telescope, so if you want to bring the phone mount and tripod with you, you’ll have to carry them somewhere else.

Night vision is great. While monocular is lighter than its binocular cousin, it still has a little heft to it. Also like cell phone camera option

This product is lightweight and easy to use. I have taken multiple pictures with my phone works great!

I love the ease of use and the power of this monocular telescope! I purchased it to be able to identify some of the smaller birds in our yard, and it does that beautifully! Very powerful!!
