I have never tried to reduce the size of a pdf. However, it is possible to add and to delete pages. You can also move pages around and put them in a different order in the event the documents do not scan in the order which you intended.

What happen after a year if i don’t want to pay for the subscription, can i still use the software with all features?
You can cancel your auto-renewal in the last month of your subscription. After canceling your subscription you will no longer have access to the software, but you’ll still be able to access any files you’ve stored in the document cloud.
