Apple MagSafe Charger – Wireless Charger with Fast Charging Capability, Type C Wall Charger, Compatible with iPhone and AirPods

I just got this yesterday to charge my new iphone 13 pro max. I was a little upset that the brick wasn’t with it. But i had to order one anyway because it doesn’t come with your new iphones either. I ordered the apple 20w usb-c power adapter – iphone charger with fast charging capability, type c wall charger to go with it and so far, so good. I have a clear plastic case on my phone and it is charging very well. I have another phone case coming that is magsafe, and i can let you know later in an update how this works out. But for now, with just a plain clear case, the charger sticks to the case and phone fine. I wouldn’t be picking it up and swinging it around because the phone would go flying, but it is on there nicely for a charge. Not slipping around. Also, i stuck it directly to my phone, and it clamped down really well. I used my fingernail to lift it off. I didn’t want to scratch my phone. I wouldn’t pull it off by the cord. That will eventually break it off. And it is a shame that we have to buy these products now instead of them coming with our new phones. So be careful removing you charger. I saw some bad reviews on this, and this is definitely a genuine apple product. It’s a couple of bucks cheaper here than if you bought at the store. I price compared. And also, i got next day delivery from amazon. I am very happy with this product. Go ahead and get one. You know with your new phone, you are going to want a wireless charger.

do yourself a favor and buy this genuine apple magsafe charger. We thought competing wireless charging products would work, they do, but they fail to hit the sweet spot and fail to maximize charging. Worse, sometimes we missed setting our iphones down correctly on the competing products and missed the charging opportunity altogether. There’s nothing worse than having an iphone that has little battery life remaining. This eliminates that possibility and charges super-fast. The magsafe charger makes wireless charging a snap. The magnets perfectly align so at to attach to our iphone 12 &13 pro max’s and charge at (15) watts, about (3x) faster than our previous off-brand charger. You will notice that, because the phone does get worm from all that juice flowing in. We waited too long to get this, and we regret that now. We also bought apple’s 20w usb-c power adapter (sold separately). We were able to buy both genuine apple products from amazon at discounted prices which we liked. Why risk your super expensive iphone to some no name charger. You get what you pay for, knuckle under and just buy, you won’t regret it. Works flawlessly. Two (2) thumbs up for travel use, sleek unique style, fast charging, and ease of using. We think you will agree.

This is my first time buying an apple phone. My last phone completely died. It was working then it wasn’t. It happened tin the worst time possible. But oh well. I was one of those hold outs, i use all other apple products but said i would never buy an iphone. Since i needed a new phone i went ahead and got the latest one 13 pro max. Go to open it and theres no charger. Hello what happened, no charger? I thought it was a mistake. Great now i have to shell out more money. I saw this charger on the apple website but i checked if it was sold though amazon. I preferred to order from here ’cause i already have an account.
Well i love it! I don’t have to plug it in from the bottom (which usually gets messed up on an android). I love when i sit at my desk i lay the phone on it and it’s charging. I love not having to plug it in.
The only issue i have the wire is too short. Wish it was longer. But other than that i really like this charger.

Overall this is a quality charger you would expect from apple. I have various qi chargers, but decided to try a magsafe, and i can say that it is worth it for a compatible iphone. With no case the magnet sticks well to the phone, which is great for bedside usage. No longer do i need to fumble around to find the qi charging pad after picking it up; the pad stays on the phone! Also great when going to bed with an almost dead phone and then browsing a bit on the phone in bed, as it will be charging.

Since this is a qi charger it also works on my samsung phone, though it charges at a very slow rate. Not sure if that is apple’s doing or samsung, but whatever the reason i get 3.25w charge rate using a s21 but the full 15w charge rate on iphone 13. So i wouldn’t use this as a general purpose qi charger, just for iphone unless you’re in a pinch.

The cord does not come off the charger, but i think that’s a good thing for when you pick up the phone with it attached to the back. Also if you have a case, unless you get a case with the embedded magnets for the magsafe, the attachment will be weaker. The cord is 40 inches long and usb-c end.

The item works well and the magsafe feature is very convenient, but it also requires the purchase of a usb-c adapter if you don’t already have one. That being said, it will charge my iphone 13 pro to full in about an hour. Great apple quality and performance.

Easy to use and charged my iphone even though it’s otter box case. I just place my phone on the pad and let it charge. I also like that i can use my phone conveniently while it’s charging. Great product!

Man i always love magsafe and anything that prevents less clutter, this is great when i travel it does have a wire which wish they had one that was detachable.

I really like this. Works so well makes it so easy to plug into my portable charger for when i have long college classes. Really recommend

I love this charger. It works great if you don’t have anything attached to the back of your phone or case. Can’t have both. Consider that when you are wanting to purchase a magnetic charger like this one. I like the convenience on this charger for my phone. Good price too!

This magsafe charger snaps onto my iphone 14 pro max with a casekoo case (which i also got from amazon). Unlike my previous iphone where i had to make sure i positioned the phone correctly over my apple-approved belkin wireless charger, i know i won’t wake up with an uncharged iphone. I guess my only gripe is that i can’t just pick my phone up like before without dragging the charger with it (hence 4-stars).
I just ordered a stand to hold this charger in place so it’ll be much easier to get the charger off the phone yet gives me the convenience of magsafe connection.

Last note, i won’t be taking this for travel. I could see that the cable near the magsafe could easily bent during packing/unpacking and get damaged. I’ll defer to the usb-c to lightning cable that came with my iphone.

This charger pad works well with iphones 11, 12 and 13. I wish the magnet was a little stronger so that it would align with 12 and 13 phones easier. 11 does not have a magnet, so you have to play a little to get it to work. If the pad was a little heavier it would make it more stable and less likely to be pulled of the table/night stand.

It charges the phone quickly, but it also generate too much heat while charging. It’s not good for the longevity of the battery.

Why can you not see the firmware version when attached to your phone? Is this a “fake”

This works great for getting a charge. It doesn’t seem any faster than the lightning cable though. The charger and my phone get really hot after the phone is on there for a few minutes. I’m not sure if this is from my phone model but it was in the list that can be charged with this. I don’t have the magnet on my phone like the newer models. My phone has been bumped off the center of the charger slightly, if i don’t notice, then it doesn’t get charged. There’s a lot of pros and cons for this even with the cons i’ve run into i still recommend this charger. I only took away one star mainly for how hot it gets.

Bought this for my scosche car mount and works great together. After doing some research, it became too much of a headache with 3rd party apple magsafe whether they charge at full speeds, etc. Whether i have the right 20w charger, etc. In the end stuck with apple for guaranteed full compatibility (along with scosche’s 20w 12v car charger).

I do wish that apple made different cable lengths though. For the car i don’t need such a long usb cable, whilst for home computer/bedside, it would be nice with longer.

Works great but needs a longer cord! Why so short apple? Why?!

This is an apple brand magsafe charger. It charges at a very quick speed. I really do love the idea behind it! It works practically too! I do have a problem with the cord being too short. I would have loved to see a longer cord on this thing. Another thing that was kinda disappointing is you cannot replace the cord for when this cord goes out. The cord is made into the device. It does not come with a charging block either so you will need to get a usb type c charging block before you can use. All in all i like it! I’m glad i got it! It pretty nifty! But as with just about everything there are limits.

I stayed away from wireless charging for years because i am someone who needs to be able to use their phone when it charges. This magsafe charger is incredibly useful. Absolutely worth the money. My only complaint that keeps this from getting 5 stars is that the cable is short. Youll need to buy a usb-c extension cable to make it more comfortable to use.

I loved this until it stopped working. Now when i put my iphone on it, it drains the battery instead of charging. I had to go back to a regular cable to charge. For the price and being the apple brand, you would think it would last.
