Aquaphor Baby Healing Ointment Advanced Therapy Skin Protectant, Dry Skin and Diaper Rash Ointment, 14 Oz Jar

This product is amazing !! I bought it for my son he had a diaper rash and it cleared it within hours and then he started to develop a rash from drool under his lip guess what applied it there and gone in hours !! I apply it every day and it helps so much because he uses a pacifier and so much droll the rash is conestly there so if i forget for a day to apply this i’ll notice it but once i apply it boom gone ! My boyfriend was so surprised ! Also a little plus as a lip balm as well when lips are cracked ! I am telling you to me it’s a multi purpose best cream 🙂

I use aquaphor all over my baby and even use it for me too. It clears any and everything, my baby gets diaper rash… Gone in a matter of hours. Scrapes/scratches heals really fast! She even had cradle cap once i put this in her hair after her bath (it made it greasy of course but do it at night) combed it and got what i could of the flakes out, next morning gone. I swear by this stuff! If i get a cut or scratch i always put aquaphor on it, i use it on my lips & dry patches. Even good for tattoos

When my mom’s dr recommended this for my mom’s radiation treatment for the burned skin, i knew that this was the best on the market. I have sensitive skin, but if sensitive skin can use it…everyone can. My skin is super dry all year. This seals in moisture and helps repair my hands and feet. In the winter, i use it more extensively. It is thick so, i use it before bed and on my hand and feet after i shower. I always put socks on till the extra soaks in. Then your feet are sandal ready.

I put this on my toddler after his bath and it’s great for protecting his sensitive skin. It does get stuck to my clothes sometimes bc of the consistency, but it keeps his skin happy and soft so it’s worth it.

In our experience with both our children this is the only product that prevents diaper rash. It’s dermatologist recommended and has saved us a ton of money on desitin and vaseline products. Most importantly when your baby doesn’t have a butt rash they are more pleasant and you worry less. Skip vaseline and just buy the aquaphor.

My baby’s nurse suggested to try this when my baby got a diaper rash when she was 4 months old. This worked when the prescription cream didn’t work! I have been using it since and now she’s 25 months old but never got a rash. To say i’m a fan of this ointment will be too less!

You might as well give this every year to everyone you know. Though this is marketed for babies, it works for any age. Wind chapped cheeks? Aquaphor. Crusty lips? Aquaphor. Itchy elbows? You know it. Aquaphor.

I love it so much it keeps my sons skin soft and moisturized. It’s great for his sensitive skin

My son has horrible excema on top of that he would get horrible rashes. I used multiple rash creams and none of them worked as well as aquaphor. The horrible rash was literally almost gone after just one diaper change. I must say, i did lather a super thick layer all throughout. This is also good for dry skin.

I keep buying this for my girl. She has very sensitive skin. It’s great for her!

Good for the skin.

I’ve been using aquaphor healing ointment for quite some time now and it’s a great skin moisturizer for dry skin to hands and or feet. It’s also good to moisturize the skin to your lip during the cold winter months.
However when i went to reorder another container of it, i accidentally ordered aquaphor’s “baby ointment” which is good but i like the original “aquaphor healing ointment” better. It seems more concentrated. It’s odorless but does have a “greasy like feeling” to your skin but this feeling doesn’t last long as long as you don’t use too much. To moisturize and soften skin to your hands, use a little on your hands at bedtime and wear cotton cosmetic gloves. To moisturize the skin to your feet, apply after bath and wear cotton socks. Works great for me. Pamper “pat & charlie” (your feet) because after a long day of standing off and on, they need to be pampered.

Last time i bought from local store and it was white this time from amazon and its yellow its not expired though but i am confused between real and fake. I am going to return for sure

My newborn baby’s face was full of acnes. When i talked to his pediatrician, he said it is quite common and it is not painful. He also said when the baby is 6 weeks, those will go away without a mark or scratch on his face.
However, his skin was quite dry and when each acne goes away, there was some dead skin left.
His doctor suggested using aquaphor baby healing ointment.
I got some samples from him and it was very good so i got this box.
It does not have any scent and it is healing sensitive skin like a newborn. Before that, i was using baby vaseline but the dr. Instructed me to use this one.
It is very good for dry skin and i would suggest buying it and for the long term. We usually massage our baby with this after each bath to moisturize his skin and prevent dry skin.

I just wanted to put my two cents in about the color inconsistencies. I purchased some on amazon and noticed the off color. I went to target and acted like i wanted to exchange for a new one. The associate had me open it to make sure it was a clear color- but the target one was yellow too! Aquaphor, please comment on why your ointments are all different colors?

My wife uses this on her hands at night and once it absorbs into her hands she says they feel very soft.she also uses it on her feet but only if she puts on socks.it is very greasy feeling at first so make sure you don’t touch things like your phone until it has absorbed into your skin.a little bit of this goes a long way.

So close to 5 stars. This product is amazing! The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because i don’t love the slightly greasy texture and finish (it is not a lotion. Almost same texture as vaseline). However, it is hands down the most hydrating and healing product i have ever used for my skin surpassing dermatologist prescribed healing ointments and steroids. My skin was wrecked! For over 2 years i taught swim lessons for 20 hours a week in combination salt water/chlorine pool. I finally had to quit when a new prescription caused me to experience contact dermatitis every time i went in the water. The damage was extensive. Within days of using this product my dried, scaly, cracked and bleeding skin was healing. My arm hair started growing back within a week. My cuticles stopped peeling back from the nails. And the most unanticipated additional use is phenomenal as a chub-rub protector and healer.
Since the weather is getting nicer, i’ve been hiking anywhere from 2-5 miles a day. Unfortunately on this past monday eve, i wore the wrong leggings and experienced a terrible case of chub rub. It finally occurred to me last night after 3 days of suffering that i could use this close to my privates because it’s usually used for diaper rash and on babies sensitive skin. This morning when i woke up pain-free and to much smoother skin. Also, a little goes a long way. I’ll update in the future when i run out but i imagine that’s going to be some point next year.

Great product even for adults blisters, thigh rubbing of skin while exercising or walking, small cuts. Aquaphour works instantly and for grandkids and i it’s our “miracle ointment” as i even used it on my grandson who had a too close to the scalp haircut and had very severe itchy scalp rash irritation haircut. It worked like a miracle cream. I keep miniature jars in my purse and all my bags! Great for minor burns too!

A small amount goes far! I got this for my ever cracking knuckles, hands and fingers. Huge jar that will probably last beyond my lifetime! It’s high in petrolatum so be prepared to protect things from greasiness. I use cotton gloves. It protects through some hand washing too. I imagine it would work great for irritated baby skin and soothe pretty well.
