This was a birthday gift for my 5 year old daughter and she loved it. It is neat how the doll is kind of like a stuffed animal and barbie in one. She likes the dress the doll like the sloth or reverse the clothing.

The only concern was that when using the ice to “show” the dolls eye shadow, she had some other unexpected marks on her face. It’s not a problem since they go away when the doll warms up but it was surprising and probably not intentional.

Overall it was a cute little gift and she plays with it a lot.

Get them on sale. I would not pay full price for these but the sale price, heck yes. Niece’s loved them. Took the clothes off immediately and loved the little accessories. Could not figure out the whole cold water/hot water bit to make the freckles or whatever change but didn’t really matter.

The doll is cute, and the overall quality is good. However, the eyes are a little bit uneven (this is more noticeable in person rather than in photos). That can be a problem for some doll collectors but okay for children who are intended to play with it. I am grateful that eyes are not pixelated, thanks mattel!!
I think it’s a great line of dolls, and the llama costume is sweet!

Haven’t given it yet a gift for when i feel she needs it but every time she see’s it on television she always saying i want that barbie

I love her face. She’s so pretty. I wish mattel didn’t cram her hair inside the sloth head. It was a hot mess! I shampooed her hair, conditioned it and rinsed it with fabric softener. I flat-ironed it while damp. So far, it made the hair better. I did accidentally burnt a little chunk of it but thank goodness it’s not obvious.

Sloth costume is super soft and thick. Significantly better quality than series 1. Feels like a stuffed animal! Face mold is lovely, hair color, hair texture, and hair style are also awesome. Iridescent teal skirt is super cute, jacket print is far superior to series one in regards to detail. However, the screen is not symmetrical. Unfortunately luck of the draw since you can’t evaluate what you’re gonna get. For me, i baaarely notice the higher eyebrow, but i know some folks pay close attention.
Anyway, this is an overall super adorable line. I’m looking forward to polar bear, reindeer, owl and husky for the holiday season!! Sloth is a solid entry in the cuties “mini verse”!
