I think you would do fine with the adult size. I got the oversize and it is huge. Also, you need to live in a really cold climate because it is really warm. I live in nc and it is too warm for me. I’m shipping it to my niece in michigan.

I’m 5’4′ 125 and i ordered the extra large long and a regular short. I didn’t feel like the regular was loose enough so i have it to my young daughter who is about your size. She loves it. I bought everyone in my immediate family one for christmas and the consensus with them is they are better bigger. I agree. I take mine when i travel and sometimes sleep in it or if we’re just hanging around wear it. It’s much more comfortable bigger for me. I really think they are suppose to be bigger.

I can’t answer this question. Everyone is different in how they want to wear their clothes. I am 5 ft tall and a little overweight. I bought the standard adult size. It is big and roomy which i think it is supposed to be so it wears like a blanket. It fits me like it shows in the picture for the product. I would not wear it outside to go somewhere but it is great for around the house. I love it.
