One of markers was dried out upon arrival. How do i get it replaced?
I’d advise anyone against buying these. I bought them for a gift for my mother. Two of them were completely dry and another left it’s felt all over the page. Subpar
Are these markers water-based or alcohol ink?
These specific ones were water-based. However i believe they do have alcohol markers as well.
Is the brush tip flexible?
The tip is flexible.
Can these be used on black paper sketch pads?
Black paper … Sketch pads yes… There not paint. There markers with with one side a thicker tip nice for fancy writing the other side is thinner the a pen. For regular writing. Love them
Can this be used on wood?
It’s more like water colors, so i wouldn’t want to use it on wood.
Do you have packages of markers in one color scheme like all different greens
No, there are 4 packages of pens of all different colors!
Do these markers bleed through?
No they do not
Can you use these on ceramics?
Since they are considered watercolors i would think they would not be appropriate. As long as the ceramics have been fired and you would not be getting them wet you might want to try a little on the bottom to test it yourself.

No

Yes. It comes in a plastic sleeve you can store the markers in.
Can you use a water pen to with these?
I bought this for my daughter, so i am not sure. But i would assume you would be able to use a water pen with these. Hopefully someone with more knowledge can answer.
