I can’t believe how great this stuff is. So much better than cows milk in every way (which isn’t saying much since cows milk is so disgusting in every way). I buy cases on sale in amazon warehouse (nearing its best by date). It lasts a lot longer than that. 2 people, a bulldog & some cats love it. It’s not just a coffee creamer. It’s great for everything & storage no problem. 16 (32 oz) cartons fit perfectly in regular stackable milk crates… What a coincidence. Thank you dairy industry. It also helps lower our bad cholesterol. Fantastic.

The taste can be a bit overwhelming at first. Then you can focus on the oat taste and it gets better. It’s like drinking the milk at the end of a bowl of oatmeal.

I liked having these around for my coffee in case i ran out of milk.

This oat milk foams really well and tastes great, adding a subtle nut-like flavor to your beverage. As the name indicates, this oat milk is intended for coffee/espresso drinks. I mostly use it with my breville espresso machine, but have tried it with cold brew, hot coffee, iced coffee and hot/cold espresso drinks, all with tasty results. There is a fair amount of added sugar and it is a little pricey, but holding back on the amount you use is a good solution for both. It is shelf-stable before opening and can keep for several months before use.

I have a lot of autoimmune issues and get itchy patches of dermatitis, a stuffy nose, and chest congestion after eating certain foods. My doctor recently told me it might be worth it to try going dairy free and as much as i love dairy i did notice feeling crappy after eating dairy products. I can’t have nut milks because i feel crappy if i eat too many nuts, so i started trying oat milk. I tried the regular califia oat milk and didn’t like it, it tasted burnt to me. I also tried a few others like ripple and didn’t like them either. I stumbled across this barista blend while searching for something else to try.

I really like it and even gave a carton to a friend for her daughter who has a casein allergy because i knew they’d been having a hard time finding something she liked. They were happy with it as well. Her mom even made whipped cream with it and everyone was surprised by how well it turned out.

I use it in my coffee everyday and for cooking/baking. I have some krusteaz gluten free boxed baking mixes and used it to make a cake which was amazing. Usually they end up a little dry but this one was perfectly moist and tasted so good i wanted to scarf the whole thing down right away.

I definitely recommend it, it’s the best dairy alternative i’ve tried so far.

This didn’t have as much pumpkin flavor as i was hoping, but it’s still super yummy. It’s already sweet enough that i don’t have to add any other sweetener to my coffee when i’d usually add vanilla syrup. It’s more of a spiced flavor, but very good!

My husband was looking for something to use in place of cow’s milk. He doesn’t like it in his tea, but he loves it in his coffee.

We love this stuff. Not only is it creamy, smooth and flavorful, it’s gf which not all oat milks are. Also loving the pumpkin spice version.

I love this oatmilk blend. I usually do a 1:1 ration of this with cold brew and add a little bit of pumpkin spice creamer on top. It’s delish. I’ll be on my 2nd order soon

First off, i was thrilled to discover oat milk as a dairy alternative. Almond or coconut milks just didn’t taste as good as dairy in my coffee but oat milk is an excellent alternative. I usually buy oatly or planet oat from the grocery store. But i’m so attached to my morning oat latte that i needed a shelf stable version to take on travel. Suffice it to say, oat milk is not yet widely available everywhere. I stumbled onto california farms. The quart size is perfect for packing into your suitcase! The taste is good and it makes for a creamy coffee in a pinch. However, i could not get it to froth in my frother. Might just be my frother but it has no problem frothing the other brands. I will definitely be buying more of this to travel with but for home use, i’ll stick to the grocery brands that froth a bit better.

I really think calafia farms makes pretty good products. Not to say others don’t.
I use oat milk in my coffee to get away from dairy as the lactose bothers me and keeps my weight on.
I really loved an oat milk latte i had at peet’s coffee and learned they use pacific foods barista blend (but too pricey)
i was buying calafia farms from the grocery store until i saw the shelf stable cartons which is convenient. It doesn’t take up room in the refrigerator and risk of running out is low. Just go to your pantry for the next carton!
I was going to re-order today but the product went up over $4 for the carton and i think it’s too pricey. It’s only oats! Not nuts! I guess it’s pricing on popularity.
I will be making my own in the blender. I can use organic oats and purified water. It takes 30 seconds (only and not more) you can tweak to your taste if adding salt or a touch of sunflower oil and costs pennies on the dollar.

I am addicted to pumpkin chai lattes — starbucks has them but b/c they use the tazo with so much sugar, i had to look for alternatives. This was a bit high in sugar so i actually just use about 1/2 cup of this, with unsweetend oat milk plus no sugar added tazo chai and it works. Since i needed so little of this, i bought it in bulk and it should last me until christmas lol.

I love this oat milk and have it on reorder. Very bummed to notice i was shipped a six pack box within one month of expiry. The next box i just received doesn’t expire until may of 2023. So i assume my last delivery was just super old product which is a bummer; now i’m tossing half of it.

In terms of taste, creaminess, how frothy it gets, the size, it’s all good ! Take one star away for how expensive it is but other than that pretty good.

I love pumpkin spice foods. So i thought i’d try the pumpkin spice oat milk. I mixed it 3 parts califia cold brew and 2 parts califia pumpkin spice oatmilk over ice. It definitely had a good real pumpkin flavor but was not at all sweet.

I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that we got a 6-pack of milk with expiry date 3 weeks from today… A bit disappointing, there is no way we will drink it all in that time. Previous deliveries were had at least 2-3 months until expiry date.

I bought it for using as a creamer but it’s basically just almond milk. It says ‘creamer’ but it has about half the thickness of most creamers out there. Tastes fine but if i had knew it was just milk i wouldnt have bought at this price, its about 2.5-3x as much as any other almond milk you would buy.

I am sold on oat milk as coffee creamer honestly. It gives my morning mushroom coffee an earthy, almost nutty flavor. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because i expected it to be a bit thicker (that may have been my fault, as i just learned barista blend is generally thinner than regular oat milk). However, the flavor and creamy color it gives my coffee is perfect. And it froths well!

Oat milk has been a huge game changer for me! I’ve been drinking dairy alternatives for a while now and like many have stated, oat milk seems to be the creamiest and most ‘milk-like’ especially when you are making drinks!

I’ll admit i typically do lean towards buying the oatly brand, but in an effort to save money and to also make less trips to the grocery store these have been a blessing! When i placed my first order for one box of six oat milks i was hesitant. Would it be just as creamy? Would i be upset with my oat milk life choice? Well folks, i have no regrets. I still do love oatly, but the barista blend from califia farms has really met my expectations!

I’ve used this to make matcha lattes, cold foam to top my cold brews, and regular lattes! It works well with my electric whisk and i can see myself buying these in bulk for the foreseeable future!

update as of 12/5/2020: i opted to do a subscribe & save option for this product because a) it’s a great deal and b) i make so many at-home drinks/lattes that i save so much money in the end. I dropped my product review from five stars to four because upon receiving my most recent box one of the cartons was damaged and close to breaking. It was one out of the six, but still, i’d suggest looking at all cartons once you are in receipt!
