Can the shoulder strap be removed?
Hi all, i really like this lunchbag but also found the strap was too long. An easy fix was to loop it where it ‘fit my hand’ comfortably, and then put a couple of 1-1/4 inch black plastic slides (just make a tiny cut in the middle bar to feed the strap through) on the inside of the loop ends. They are available from a several different vendors. Works great.. They look streamlined, are super strong, and the strap is now short and snug. You’d never know they weren’t original with the bag.

Is there only mesh separating the top and bottom (hard to tell in pics)? Is the top fully enclosed and insulated from the bottom?
The base of the top compartment is mesh. But it is a completely separate compartment and has an external zipper into that top compartment. Let us know if that is the information you are looking for.

The overall dimensions of this cooler are 10in x 9in x 7in. It is a soft sided cooler so it can be compressed down if it is not fully packed out. Hopefully this information helps.

What keeps lunch cooler cool
You need to put in your own ice pack. I use ice mats that i bought at amazon. I usually put in two. They fit perfectly.
How many regular 12 oz pop cans wil this hold?
6 laying down with an ice pack and maybe 8 standing up.

It doesn’t come with food it’s flat and vacuum packed
Can i put ice cream in there and would it it melt?
Yes, it will melt. It is not a freezer. It keeps things cold but won’t keep things frozen.
Is the inside waterproof so it won’t leak out if something spills?
Yes, the inside peva lining is completely sealed. If something spills it will not leak out of the peva lining. To clean, you can just wipe down the lining.
Is the outer material absorbent? I want to wipe it down with a dysinfexring wipe, rise it off, & dry it with a towel without needing time to dry.
The exterior fabric does have our rain defender® durable water repellent coating. This coating protects the fabric from light rain but does not make it waterproof. Wiping it down with a disinfecting wipe should be fine as long as the wipe does not contain bleach. You could also spray it with a disinfectant spray. We suggest wiping the exterior down with a damp cloth to clean as opposed to holding it under running water. Do not launder the bag.
