The material seems to be a little thicker than what ive received from cricut for the smart vinyl but it works just as well. Easy to weed and stays put even after being washed with soap and water!

This was easy to use overall. The hardest part was seeing the cut lines and the white on white after i weeded it! Good quality so far hoping it stays on the coolers well.

The quality of the product is super nice i love how it feels sturdy but the blade cuts into it so easily for vinyl products perfect for halloween ideas !

I did experience some de-lamination in the form of the material bubbling up, so it is not a solid piece of vinyl. It’s not a huge concern, but it could effect how someone plans on using the material. I’m not sure what caused it, maybe humidity, or maybe i got the edge wet. Wish i could say for sure. Other then that, it’s worked well for my purposes. It’s a decent deal for what you pay i guess.

I might just be an idiot, but i did not understand that ‘shimmer’ meant textured. I am a cricut noob, too, so that’s part of it. Anyway, for anyone who doesn’t know, you need strong grip transfer tape for this baby. Otherwise well done.

Does what it needs to do

It is exactly what i was hoping for.

I work in a sometimes smelly environment i put a little in my mask and it helps.

The vinyl is good, and the color is beautiful (i got champagne). It cut well, although i had to set my cricut maker to cut twice so it could cut all the way through.
I have the original cricut maker, so i wasn’t able to use the vinyl without the cutting mat (or at least i haven’t taken the risk of using it without one).
The backing, though, is thick so it can be cut without a mat on newer machine models, which is pretty cool but it made it extremely hard for me to get it on to transfer paper to place on the surface of my project. The vinyl stuck strongly to its backing, and the thickness of that backing made it really hard to roll it back as i tried to place the decal words on transfer tape. Maybe i just wasn’t doing something right.
The vinyl i got is permanent, but i found some spots were not sticking to the surface of my project (it was frame glass). I did make sure to clean the glass before hand to make sure no dust or skin oils were on the glass.
Not sure i’ll use smart vinyl again because of how difficult it was for me to transfer it on to transfer tape due to the thick backing, but maybe i’ll change my mind in the future. Maybe i need more experience with it.

Accidentally purchased this and had a explore 2. I cut the vinyl and place on my mat n it worked perfectly under normal vinyl pressure. This is by far the best vinyl i have used. It’s a matte vinyl that’s easy to weed and less chances for air bubbles

only fault is that if not careful you can tear or scrape easily with your tools
