The brace provides good support on both sides of the knee, and keep my knee stable and warm. It can be worn all day long. I’m wearing it for only two days so far, but can already feel the difference and start running again wearing the brace. The quality looks good and price is unbeatable. I plan to wear it for the entire winter or as long as it takes for my knee to fully recover. I’ll buy again if it doesn’t last long.

I bought this to replace a meuller knee brace i bought at a sporting goods store that wasn’t working for me anymore. I’m only 25 but i’ve had knee pain and buckling since i got hit by a car in the crosswalk last year after they ran a red and weren’t paying attention. I was really worried about wasting my money because i’m kind of having to be frugal right now, so i did do some digging into the claims around this brace before i bought it. I can tell you that the doctor holding the brace in the picture has nothing to do with this product, and the bit about it being ‘worn by professional athletes around the world’ is false. It was hard because there is literally no trace of this knee brace or the brand that makes it anywhere else online except for this amazon page. But i can tell you it was designed in isreal in september of last year and the designer filed for a patent on it in april of this year which is still pending. So it is not designed in america and made in germany like it says here either. The box says made in china also. But false advertising gimmicks aside, i bought it anyway based on the good reviews. I’m 5’7′ and around 155lbs and bought a medium. My measurements are 14′ to 16′ and it fit perfect. It is a very good quality brace, it seems sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do which is make my knee feel more stable and help with the pain. It is a little shorter than the meuller brace, about 2′ difference, but it is a better brace than that one. It does leave red marks on the skin, especially where the knee hole is, and made my skin itchy after wearing it for a while. I put on a copper fit sleeve under it which fixed the itching and after wearing it for a while i’ll see if it helps the marks too. It is a bit bulky so don’t expect it to be invisible under pants like the woman wearing skinny jeans in the product video. But over all, despite some false claims to hype the product, it is good quality and good for the price (it was $19.99 with a $2 coupon making it $17.99 when i bought it, i see it is now $24.99) and it does its job very well. I do recommend. I have noticed after wearing it for a few days i’m having to pull the straps a little tighter than before, maybe my knee was swollen and i didn’t realize and this fixed it or maybe it’s stretching, i don’t know. If it is stretching i will probably update that later. But right now i can tell you it’s a good brace and worth it.

It’s all about support and this product delivers for me. The side-stabilizing bars are a sturdy, reinforced plastic that bends as it should but won’t break. Quality stitching provides further reinforcement. Look closely at this feature when comparing with similar braces.

The second thing that sets the dr brace apart, for me, is the strength of the velcro grip. The brace lasts only as long as the stickum sticks. I’ve used this brace daily for three months now and this velcro still binds as tightly as ever.

The downside though is that this very same tight velcro binding is what begins to erode the fabric housing the side-supports. When you pull off the velcro straps after use, you begin to pull apart the material itself.

Still though, that’s sort of the technology for these things…not a fatal flaw.

I love this product and it’s on my buy again list.

An old torn ligament from high school days are finally catching up with me. This gives just the right amount of support so i can get my work around the house done. Good support with no pain going up and down the stars. I bought one to try out, and just bought a second one to use while the other one’s in the wash.

When i first received the brace, i tried putting it on just by looking at the printed image in the package. It was a little uncomfortable and didn’t feel right. I then watched the short video on the link provided on the packaging. I saw quickly how i was doing it slightly wrong, but enough to effect how it felt. I then followed the video, and the brace fit perfectly. It wasn’t difficult, but i was doing a couple of steps out of the proper sequence.

I have had two knee replacements. One about 22 years ago, another about 16. I can feel the pad of the implants wearing down. I needed to replace an old one i found, but the velcro was worn.
I’ll see how long this one lasts, but so far i’m not walking like a weebel,and pain is significantly reduced.

Very easy to put on and quite comfortable to wear. I’m 74, and my knees are pretty good, but sometimes they need a little support when doing 8 hours of construction work. I don’t always wear the brace, but i can feel some twinges, i use it and it works great. I forget i am wearing it because it’s quite comfortable when standing or knee is partially bent. If in squatting position for awhile, it pinches mildly.

I’m obese and needed knee support; tried the largest sleeve i could find, couldn’t hardly get it on and the pressure of the sleeve was causing more pain than the knee. Found this one the size is perfect. It did take awhile to figure out how the straps worked once i figured that it fit perfectly.even has extra. Stability is better, pain level greatly reduced. Best brace i’ve found won’t buy anything else.

At first the product was ok

after a while the velcro wore off and then the two little straps kind of bending your knee when you sit down or in your car it needs to be 2 inches longer on the top and the bottom i’m a male 6 foot and it does sweat a lot so it should be holes inside they are in a quart more they have a big silicon bead i think that’s what makes it sweat just my opinion and the manufacture want to send me another one i’ll use it because i just had a knee surgery august 26

I have now worn this brace for a week and i have found it very comfortable, walking without pain. I replaced a pull-on brace which was very tight and uncomfortable and which gave me less support. Only problem is that directions for placement are not clear so it took a while to get it right.

If you are hoping this is a good brace to step down to from a more rigid, hinged brace after a knee surgery or injury, you may be disappointed. I bought this for just that purpose, on the advise of my physical therapist. It works, and is a lot better than my hinged brace but, as time has passed i’ve found that its ability to stay put has decreased, the silicone banding top and bottom isn’t as ‘grippy’ as i hoped it would be. I feel this is a good brace for use in the gym or when running/walking, but for all day use it does get to a point when you are constantly having to pull it back into position. It does wash well, by hand in cold water, and air dries quickly not giving in to the dreaded shrinkage as some braces do; i’m just disappointed it doesn’t stay put as advertised.

The back of it rubs up against the back of my knee. I bought a knee sleeve and that helped it from rubbing too much. The ‘supports’ on the side don’t seem to do much. It has good range of motion though because the supports aren’t complete metal or plastic. They feel to be a gel like plastic. It helped me because i just pulled a-couple muscles and needed light support. But if you need more then that, get a real brace.

I like that i saved $225 because i bought this and not the one the doctor showed me at his office. Actually, the pt told me to buy one on amazon and told me what to look for.

I like that it’s easy to put on. No pulling up like the stretchy ones, no wrapping 100 different velcro straps to make it stay in place.

I like the gel around the knee.

Gives good support to the side of my knee/leg and is still comfortable.

Extra ***** for not stinking like rubber. No odor at all.

Comes with a wide exercise rubber band to strengthen the muscles around the knee. If you use it.

I order a lg. First seem a little lg on caif because the top is the same size as the bottom?? So i order a med. Only less then 1/2′ smaller? Still the bottom is too big because the top is the same size as the top?

I have inflammatory arthritis and my knees also fill with fluid. I came across this brace and thought i’d give it a try. I think i should’ve gotten the smaller size bc i wasn’t thinking about how it would eventually stretch some with wear. It definitely helped with my knee pain!!

After years of squats my knees have finally started to wear out. I bought two of these for the gym and they work great. Gives enough support and stability to avoid injury, but still a good range of motion.

This project performed the task that it was purchased for the only exception is that it does retain a lot of heat and causes some skin irritation due to the excessive retention of heat
