This sunshade unfolds easily (pops open, really) and fits my jk wrangler unlimited very well. It blocks out the light from the windshield and effectively protects the dashboard. One side is a somewhat reflective silver/gray and the other side is black. Perfect for the times i have to park outside in unshaded areas. It is easy to fold back up (once you get the hang of the twist-&- push-together motion it requires). When folded, it becomes a nice little bundle that is easy to stash between the seat & console or tuck away in the pocket behind the front seats.

It does not use or need suction cups- it fits that well. I just lower the sun visors to keep it in place, but i probably don’t even need to do that. I love that it is a single piece with fabric between the two “hoops” which block out all sunlight. I have seen separate double hoop screens, but they don’t cover the entire windshield. The hoops in this cover are the correct size to hold the shade in place and there is extra fabric that reaches to the corners if you tuck it into place. I definitely recommend this & it is a great price too!

I bought this to replace my beloved golden girls sun shield (it was literally falling apart), and so far so good! I was worried about sizing, but i saw a review mention the xl was a good fit for their 2009 honda civic so i gave it a try. I agree, it fits well (i also own a 2009 honda civic), but what i like the most is i can tell it really does protect the dashboard from the heat of the sun. As much as i loved my fun previous one, it was poorly constructed compared to this shield! The only con in my opinion is it is a little difficult to fold, but i that doesn’t bother me too much as i can fold it enough to be out of my way when not in use.

Definitely pay attention to the sizing chart but i live this sun protector. It’s helpful that it comes in a bag to hold.
If you have to fold it, there are videos and instructions to follow. Seems a little overwhelming at first but once you see how to do ii and do it, it’s easy after that.
I got mine and june and it’s done well for me. I always make sure to keep the silver side facing out. If you have the black side facing out, this will attract more heat.
Overall, i think it’s a great product for the price. I definitely recommend!

This item works very well for my 2013 toyota camry to protect the dash, steering wheel etc. From the brutal sun in the south. It also can be used nicely for our 2020 rav4 as well if needed. Just put it in place with the silver side facing sun and black side inside the car and the visors hold it in place. It doesn’t fit like a glove against the windshield perfectly but i didn’t expect it to. I also works very well when the car is parked sideways facing the sun and i place it on the front and back seat. The loose areas outside the two circles do not stay in place perfectly against the windshield but you can adjust them enough to get good coverage. I do notice the inside temp has decreased considerably which is nice also. Being able to twist it into a smaller bag is nice but i don’t do it much as i just move it from the windshield to the back seat. Overall i give it a 5 of 5 rating as most do. Great price, quality item and works nicely for my needs but protecting the dash, steering wheel and the whole driver front cabin area is priceless.

I am very happy with this sun shade. The little storage pouch is thin and convenient, as well as easy to use. The shade itself is also great— black on one side and silver on the other. The two discs inside can overlap which is not only good for ensuring a snug, perfect fit when in use, but also makes putting it up / taking it down really easy. It also makes it easy to accommodate your rearview mirror and anything else you may have on the top / bottom center of your windshield. I personally have a dashcam right under my rearview mirror and am able to tuck the material between the two discs of the shade under it, and then sort of fold it over the top of the dashcam to protect it from the sun, which is really nice since this summer has been absolutely brutal where i live. I definitely feel the car is significantly cooler when i use the shade. It can only do so much, of course, with temps of 100 degrees and with your car sitting in constant direct sunlight, but again— i feel a noticeable change in how warm it is inside when i get in. Closing it back up was a bit challenging at first but once i got the hang of it, it became very easy and is fairly intuitive, though there is also a qr code on the storage pouch with instructions on how to use it.

Overall, i am very happy with this sun shade! It is light but sturdy, does the job, is a perfect fit, and is easy to store when not in use. Also priced well!

It fits my car windshield perfectly. The wired trim allows it to kind of pop into place and stay put against your windshield without having to fold the cars sun visors down. I can definitely feel the difference in temp when i don’t use it. This purchase was a must in the texas heat. I was getting tired of my seatbelts burning my legs when i would get in the car.

Just moved to arizona and park my 2011 tahoe in the driveway. It gets up to 115 degrees in the summer so it gets hotter than hell inside. Thought i’d give this a try. Got 2 more of these for our 2017 lexus is300 and our sons 01 4runner. For the tahoe, it doesn’t really hold up without the visors holding it in place. However in the lexus and 4runner, it holds up great even without the visors down.

I like this sunshade. I have a compact car and it fits pretty good. Not easy to put back in the bag so i just leave it open and throw it in the backseat lol but other than that i do like it.

Honestly almost too big..but the good thing about that is you don’t need to worry about putting the visors down to keep this up on the windshield. Folds easily. These are much better than the 2-piece sun shades that fold or those giant 1-piece sun shades that that only fold like an accordion.

Great quality, easy to fold and store when not in use. The size they recommend for my car was a bit big, i wish i had gotten one size smaller, the overlap in the middle is stretched to its limit creating a bit of a fold in the middle of my windshield, but it does the job and covers the entire windshield and blocks out all the sun

This product is amazing. I have had it for about a year and as long as you take care of it, it will work with you. The product is great at blocking the sun and cooling the inside down. Not to mention my windows are tinted so that helps to. But as far as the windshield. This product has over 80,000 reviews for a reason. It is a great product. It also looks a whole lot better compared to others i’ve seen due to the fact that those were bent in a weird direction and weren’t even. This product is a flat surface and stretches a lot better too. I will say a drawback of the product is that the folding mechanism hasn’t always been the easiest for me. I eventually figured out how to properly put it away but it was tuff. But i do have a disability that limits the use of my right hand so that does play a factor. That’s the only reason why i gave it 4 stars and not 5. But as long as someone takes care of it and knows how to fold it, it should fare well. 4.5/5. I will be back!

I have two of these for the front and back of my car. Sunny texas and no carport.
My frist order was good, it was packaged well. Came inside an amazon plastic puch and then the product itself was covered in thin plastic. The shield comes in a bag with a string tie.

The second order was at a discounted price and boy did they discount the quality. Im beginning to think prime day or coupons on amazon are just to offload products that didn’t meet quality standards. I got another crappy product on prime day from another seller that thousands of ppl were happy with, and mine was beyond defective. There were a handful of ppl who had the same issue, wonder if they purchased theirs on discount too.

Anyways, the second order for this product came without an amazon box or pouch and was just the thin plastic material that the product comes in. Yikes!

Then the draw string bag that the shield comes in was just sad. The seams around the pouch had come undone, string hanging everywhere like someone forgot to finish sewing the product. Luckily the shield was fine. I almost returned it but decided i probably wouldnt even use the bag to store the shield.

I think the shield does its job and stays in place.

It really doesn’t fit my 2019 honda hr-v well. I make it work but is always a struggle to get it to stay up and in the windshield. It does take some finagling but it does help with the heat and is better than nothing. When not in use, i can fold down it not to the small circle shown but to the size above the small circles. Probably more user error than anything else but i still cant do it. Yes, i have looked at the instructions, several times.

I ordered the large windshield sun shade for my 2015 mazda 6 because amazon told me that that was the size that fit when in fact the next size smaller would have fit much better. Nothing against the company who makes them. This is actually a very good product. Very easy to fold, stores quite nicely in the back pocket of my passenger seat and keeps my car pretty cool. Even the dash and my steering wheel are cool enough that it won’t burn my hands. I would totally recommend this product to others.
Also i would suggest if you order it on amazon when you have the year, make and model of your car loaded into the amazon garage, to measure your windshield and go with the size that’s closest. Don’t go off of what amazon says.

Picked this up for an acura tsx. It fits the window well, and has been excellent at keeping heat out. However i found the folding to be a challenge. I watched the instructional videos, but still found it a challenge. Possibly my own incompetence, but my partner had a similar challenge.

The regular size fits most cars. You can look at the manufacturer’s guide to see what works for your model. Easy to hold and comes with an elastic band to hold it together. Auto is still hot in the sun, but shade seems to mitigate the heat.

You can almost fold it in half without decapitating the front seat passenger… Almost.

Works almost as expected. There is a lot of extra material between the rings and outside the rings and since these areas have no support the material just likes to fold over on itself so you end up with areas in the upper corners and middle that this screen will not cover without additional support. We had to add some velcro to help hold the top up.

I wish the shade had suctions or was long enough where one can tuck the ends in my front doors. Having to use my sun visor to hold the sun shade is okay but kind of annoying that is the only way for it stay up properly.

Anyways tho, it does the job and protects my dashboard from the direct sunlight/ heat. Took me a while to figure out how to fold it properly but i still like it
