Hi, this microscope only supported the windows system.
I don’t see a menu option to connect to a pc how do i get to that option?
I don’t use any of the options. I turn it on and raise it and lower it and focus it. Couldn’t figure out anything else even with the instructions. Sorry.
How to connect the extention tube?
It just screws in, then the original extension screws into that. Its super easy

Won’t chrge more than 1minute then red light goes out tried lvg it plugged in but won’t stay on more 3min. What’s wrong? Couldn’t get a photo either

Can it work as a stand alone microscope or does it need to be hooked to a computer or phone?
It can work as a stand alone microscope.
My microscope no longer seems to charge nor work while plugged into an outlet except for maybe 3 minutes then shuts off… What’s wrong with it?

Usually when i purchase something like this (i.e. Regular microscope for kids) from amazon and it stops working, i contact the seller and manufacturer immediately to troubleshoot the problem.
Sometimes they can help me figure out what’s wrong and i can usually repair it myself. If i cannot fix it myself, i usually find someone who can (or if the item was inexpensive, just buy a new one).
If we cannot figure out what the issue is with troubleshooting and if the sellers guarantee or manufacturers warranty:
– has not expired:
• they usually will either send out a replacement item or issue a refund.
– has expired:
• most of the time the seller or the manufacturer are willing to work with you to figure out a solution to your problem.

How does the side lights work?
The side lights of the edm03 are rechargeable. When fully charged, you don’t have to plug in the usb all the time, which is very convenient to use
In the ‘about this item’ section it says ‘and ‘photo booth’ for imac/macbook’ but this will not hook to my mac in any way shape or form

The 2 extra lights do not work. I’ve charged it fully, adjusted both the side dial and base dial, and searched the menu. What am i missing??
There is a separate usb port, on the base unit, that you have to connect to power the two side lights.
