I wanted something that would make ice without having to do any plumbing work, would be easily movable, and would make ice that would fit in my drink container for work. Regular size ice cubes are too big and this makes bullet ice. The first drop batch or two are thin, but then they thicken up nicely. It shuts off when full, but doesn’t keep the ice long time periods. Remember it’s not a freezer. It also shuts off if it’s out of water. These are both features i like. If i forget it’s on, plus it’s very quiet, i don’t have to worry about what it will do if unattended. I got it on sale, so i didn’t play full price. Another plus in my book. I would have to say i am exremely pleased with this counter top ice maker. It meets all my requirments and more, and fulfills all my needs. Definitely worth the purchase.

Love how easy it is to use and the ice cubes are cute. Saves space in the freezer for food without the ice being stored unless you dip up a bucket or bag of ice. Taste chlorine even though i don’t have chlorinated water. Only drawback but keeps it from being disgusting. My kids and i love it and there is a full line for the water. It’s been a huge lifesaver for us and especially packing drinks for on the go or for school. Would recommend getting the cleaner for the machine too. Yes if its filled with ice it won’t do more until you clear the sensor area which is a nice safety feature.

If you are looking for a heavy duty icemaker that will produce buckets of ice quickly, this is not for you. I was looking for a countertop icemaker to supplement our refrigerator icemaker which tends to go on the fritz often. This icemaker makes nine perfect little 1 inch cubes every six minutes. The machine takes a very little space on the counter and i can always count on fresh cubes whenever i want

I like it, no regrets. Read instructions carefully. You must let it sit upright for 24 hours before using it (to let the coolant settle). It takes awhile to make a full bag, but i do t mind i run it while doing other things in the house. I do not find it excessively noisy.

Works great. Makes ice all day for me. I can also take it camping when i have electric hookup, i have ice! I make ice all day and power off at night. Great product. Easy to use

This is my second euhomy purchase the first for my home this one for my rv!!! I really love them both. They each make plenty of ice as advertised!!!

Easy to use, quiet and fast. A couple hours and our freezer ice container is filled up for the weekend.

Great little machine, no more forgetting to put ice trays in the freezer the night before. Even if i forget to make ice the night before it makes it fast enough in the morning for all my ice needs.

This thing works great! I travel alot in a trailer so this ice maker saves me time and money. Now i don’t have to go buy ice. This thing will save me easily $20 per week on the road. I even use it to make bags of ice before leaving. I just bring a few gallons of drinking water. My only complaint is i didn’t buy it sooner. Thank you for a great fair price product!

Used this icemaker 24-7 for nearly a year until it began leaking water. Took cover off to investigate. Turns out an assembly defect or manufacturing defect. They routed the water hose around the cooling fan for the hot coils. Then the water hose rested on one of the copper hot coils which melted a hole through the tubing. Bought an 1/8′ straight barb splicer fitting and re-joined the tubing and routed it away from the heat coil with some zip ties. All fixed and may now last many more years. Thing is built quality but then they dropped the ball and routed the water tube over the hot coils. Update: 9/2022. The manufacturer reached out to me after the bad rating and offered me $26 refund. They informed me that they reported the design flaw of routing the water hose near the heat coils and that engineering was going to be changing that. They seem to care about their product and will upgrade and improve it if they discover weak points about its design. One thing they could do to really make it great would be to offer a direct connection to pressurized water supply and use the signal that turns on the refill pump to instead or optionally open an electronic valve to a water supply that would automatically keep it filled with water. That would make this thing 100% complete. Works well but refilling it manually every day is the only usage drawback.

This product is more convenient than the old school ice tray. Makes ice fairly quick. Good for small families. Recycles any water from ice that may melt

I purchased this item may, 2022. It worked beautifully up until last week and now it has stopped. It said it had a warranty but i cannot find out how to use it. It shows that the tray is full (which it isn’t). I have cleaned it, shut it off and retried to no avail. Can someone contact me? Like i said, it is a wonderful little machine and kept me in ice for 3 months.

I loved it for 4 months, and then it stopped. :(. I contacted their customer service. They replied quickly and offered the refund in two ways; a full refund to the cc i used for the purchase, or an amazon gift card. The refund was applied to my cc quickly! I’m now a happy camper.

I really like the ice maker, yes it’s a little small but it works well. I love how crunchy the ice is, yet the ice melts so fast.

Recommend for single person.easy to use. For the price i love mine. Do not put in hot kitchen! It need fresh air venalation. I love mine and my oldest daughter ordered one too. We love our ice machine. Cheaper than buying at fast and go store. Meaning i probably payed for one in purchasing ice from store. With it.

Takes longer to make the ice than stated but overall it does work as it should. Uses very little water. I recommend using chilled water over room tempeature.
Follow the 24 hr rule.

Makes ice in just a few minutes and we love it. You just have to dump the ice to an ice bucket because they will melt if you keep them in the ice maker.

We had some trouble with the product, but the company gave a full refund for the inconvenience.

Smaller than i expected, but worked for my limited countertop. Good use since refrigerator ice maker broken.
