I was locked out of my desktop and could not log in, because somehow my password got changed. I used the ezalink password reset, and i got back in!!! It was fairly easy to use, and the instructions were enough to explain how to reset it. I am very happy, that i purchased this product!!!

Password removed and booted up in about 2 minutes!

5 stars for thickness, ladies you know the procedure! Value for money? Freakin priceless! Tech tip 3285, never let someone whom you don’t know use your very expensive and crucial to your livelihood rig based only on their word that they know what they’re doing. I did that, yup. I don’t even know what this chick did, but what she managed to accomplish was locking me out of my studio rig for 2 months! Somehow she sort of melded my local admin account ‘the only account on the machine’ with her microsoft account? Changed my windows pw, and the poof! She was gone, never heard from again. I tried everything i knew to do, that didn’t involve losing over 4tb of data, and having to reinstall $10,000 in software, burning up a license transfer, on the programs that even have one left, by protools, couldn’t afford a new license, and losing, oh 35 bands or so’s masters? I’ve since set up a raid backup, won’t happen again. I didn’t even know the stupid box still has the wifi card in a slot. Was disabled, but she knew enough to enable it i guess. Anyway, 5 minutes after this thing got here i was in! Epic save, thank you thank you!!

Worked as promised.
Followed instructions on piece of paper that came with unit. My boot key for the three computers i’ve successfully unlocked were escape on one and f12 on the two others. Highlighted the usb port when asked to and restarted computers, then they all bypassed the password screen. Very pleased as i didn’t want to dig around in regedit to try and unlock. Brought these three older computers back to life.
Figure out what your boot key is and you should be good to go! Spent a lot more money on things that didn’t work, give it a try.

This product was a great product.. It’s was simple to use… Great instructions… It worked great on a lenovo all in one i purchased at a yard sale and was password protected, and the previous owner or her son could not remember the password… With in 5 minutes i had gained access to the computer…

I was skeptical about getting this because of other reviews saying it was a scam or that it didn’t work. I only tried it because it was going to cost me $300 to have someone else reset/recover the password and i did not want to pay that. I am so glad i bought it because it worked and was super easy if you follow the instructions. I don’t know much about computers either, just the basics.

Nice product

Was 1200 miles from home when i couldn’t log in my asus laptop. After viewing the time-consuming steps needed to build a ‘recovery usb stick’, i decided to give this product a try. I was very skeptical because it ‘works on all versions’ of windows. Product was delivered the next day. I prepared myself for a long session of trying to make it work and was very surprised and pleased that it worked on the first try! Would give the product five stars except that documentation could be better – it helped that i was already familiar with the steps i was instructed to use. Would definitely be recommending it for others.

Easy to use just follow instructions

The instructions were slightly confusing and that’s the only reason why i rated this product 4 stars instead of 5. However, i was able to figure out an alternate way to make the flash drive compatible with my laptop. I went on the website suggested on the instructions which also helped. Ultimately, it unlocked the laptop, and i would definitely recommend this product!
