I love this litter i have two cats and they both are finicky little things. They live by litter, i mean if
i don’t buy this they will purposely not use the litter box and do their business everywhere else! I love how this litter clumps immediately even after just scooping they will use the litter right in front of me i will cover it and scoop it with no problem and there is never smell unless my daughter doesn’t scoop it when i ask her to and it leaves it sitting there more than 2 days without scooping it. But if you scoop everyday the litter would last for a month before needing to change it. I love this brand and this one in particular one is a must in my household!

Cat litter is expensive but what is not expensive. This cat litter is great. The key to cat litter, cause nobody likes cleaning the litter box, is scooping everyday. Even better every time you see your cat finish, you scoop right then. Once you don’t scoop when your cat goes to the litter box, even just one day, your cat again goes again but this time breaks up the scoops. So your cat becomes contaminated. Then spreads it all over your home continuing the contamination. After just one-day of not scooping you have a disaster on you hands! That’s why you should clean your litter everyday.

I have eight cats (sometimes more, depending on foster situations with the shelter i help out). I have used this litter for a decade, and i swear by it. I live in a small home with forced air heat and ceiling fans so the litter has to do its job absorbing odors. Now, if i could only get one of my cats to actually bury his poop.

I’ve got two girls so i’m constantly cleaning the box out, it seems! The clumps are hard, and they don’t break apart easily. You’d never know we have two, bc this stuff works at eliminating odors. My only complaint is, it can be dusty!

I used this product for several years when i had my previous cat who lived to 19. When he passed away, i continued using it when i got two kittens. I’ve tried many, many other litters, but i keep coming back to this one because it works so well. It clumps extremely well, making scooping much easier. I’ve learned over the years that as much as i hate litter box maintenance, the best thing to do is to scoop often and use this litter as it makes the scooping take up just a few seconds of my time. With other litters, clumping doesn’t happen every time, so then it takes me a long time to properly get every bit of unclumped nastiness out, sometimes to the point where the whole box would be mixing with unclumped nastiness, and i would need to replace all the litter. So, i will continue to get this product, and i especially love that i can subscribe & save with it. Getting it delivered every 2 weeks means my cats always have clean litter and i don’t have to be tortured with hauling heavy litter from the grocery store to my apartment.

When it got low it saturated leaving a muddy and strong smelling mess to clean up, i recommend topping it off often and use twice the amount for multiple cats

Very good at absorbing the ammonia smell. Would buy again. Do recommend however it took my kitten a day to get used to the smell and feel of the litter.

I’ve had my cats for years, and despite all of our time together, i’ve yet been able to train them to stop pooping. I ordered this litter from amazon and absolutely love it. I normally use a&h, but this seems to clump better. And no smell no matter what i feed them (kidding, they only get cat food). It tracks on their paws like all other litters, so i’m considering knitting some rubber gloves for their feet. Great price, hope you try this! But not so much that they sell out!

Absolutely love this kitty litter although i almost did not receive it as amazon left it on my neighbor’s back porch and then posted that it was handed directly to me if i would not have been home and watched them pull up i probably would not have gotten it

For me, it’s fine, kitten didn’t seem to care, still threw it around the bathroom like a psycho lol. (part of being a kitten.)

99% dust-free, at least in my experience, doesn’t have enough dust that is worth knocking a star off, if it does then you should contact the manufacturer, not blame amazon. A 99% rating is simply there to say ‘there might be, don’t sue.’ if you get visible dust, thats way more than what was promised, call and complain to whoever made it.

This is very good cat litter – not very dusty, is absorbent and clumps well. Also the scent is not just a pleasant aroma, but it is p&g’s febreze molecules that do encapsulate odors, not just cover them up. So if you’re away over a weekend, or less-than-punctual on changing your cat box (no judgment!) then this will be far better than cheap store brand litter or some of the other brands of clumping clay litter.

It’s not magic though! Clean our boxes regularly, fellow cat-staff members. And i really doubt the ‘controls odor up to 10 days’ claim.

I don’t particularly recommend buying it here, though i just did again this week. At least not in the 14 or 28 pound individual box variants. Amazon packs them in an outer box with nothing but a basically-for-show strip of airpack (large bubble plastic) that does nothing against a heavy box of non-hermetically-sealed cat litter. Thus, some, or at times a lot of cat litter comes out, sloshing around the bottom of the box or coming out of it entirely through the corners and loosely-taped shipping box. That’s what happened to me on my latest shipment. I can’t blame the amazon delivery people nor really the hardworking amazon fulfillment center workers either – those packaging materials are what they are given to work with, and work reasonably well when there are lighter items or less room to shift around during the many stages of transport.

If you are going to buy it from amazon, i suggest getting the 38 (or 42) pound package of 4 plastic bags of 9.5 or 10.5 pounds. That’s both fully sealed and more convenient, because you can take out and use only one bag at a time, or bring just one each over to each catbox for multi-cat households. I used to get that on amazon subscibe-and-save but it regularly would go out of stock.

It is good litter though, and amazon’s pricing is reasonable for it.

This box is smaller than the one that you buy at walmart so that is why it’s cheaper. I can’t really review the littler itself because it’s not the litter that i have a problem with it’s my 14 year old cat who will be next to the litter box instead of in it. I have dr kelsey’s litter mixed in because that is supposed to attract the cat— it doesn’t.

My order was packed with a large bottle of laundry liquid laundry detergent which made it so heavy the box was falling apart and i was unable to pick up box since i am elderly.

I like that rhis cat litter allows me to clean a little more in between before it starts to smell. The absorbancy is really good. So good that it clumps and sticks to the bottom of the litter box and is so hard to scrap off. I have tobend up dumping all of it out and putting new one because the litter is all clumped. Which defeated my purpose to save $ on spending less litter. The inky way i found it to work was to clean it out every day. Hides poop and pee smells really well but it’s all rock by the end of the week to where the cats can’t dig up their poop

Fresh step febreze multi-cat 14lb; it is not the most absorbent but it’s close. It’s not 100% dust free but it’s close. At less than 70 cents per pound, can’t beat it.

Have tried a lot of different litters over the years. Sometimes to save money, sometimes because another brand says you can get more of it for the same price. Found out from experience that it’s not worth the couple of dollars you might save, if your cat won’t use it, or you go through it twice as fast because it doesn’t clump anywhere nearly as good as fresh step.

Kitties are stinky but this one covered it up pretty good and for the longest
