Gorilla Super Glue Gel XL, 25 Gram, Clear, (Pack of 1)

I was a bit reluctant to try the gel super glue but am now converted. The gel dispenser allows for a small drop to be dispensed and sufficient time for spreading if need be with a toothpick. Unlike other occasions with the fluid glue, i was able to manage without getting the glue on my fingers. Adhesion of the two parts was quick…within the 10 seconds that i waited. Only time will tell if the bottle cap will keep the glue from drying up or blocking the nozzle tip.

Used on a keychain that i love too much to replace. I’m not sure what the material is, maybe an epoxy, resin, or glass, but this stuff still reattached the part that broke off. Pretty sure this is the same bond i used last time i broke this keychain, and that was about 1.5 years ago. I drop my keys an average amount i’d say, so it holds together quite well.

I can’t tell you how many bottles of that stuff i bought. I love that the glue sets very quickly. Once set, it’s almost impossible to break that bond without breaking something. Unfortunately i speak from experience, lol.

Took a little bit of effort to dispense until i opened the bottle and realized how thick the gel was. Tap the bottom a few times on the closed cap before you open and squeeze. And it’s strong glue.

Used it to fix a leak on the seam of my air mattress, and it sealed it up and held air. Would recommend.

I used gel superglue for gluing my coral in my reef tank, and i find this brand to be very cost effective and good quality. Unless other brand where the superglue itself is running gel type, gorilla superglue gel is actually a solid gel, no runny gelish.

I bought it a plastic car model in place of plastic cement. Worked great, faster adhesion and quicker drying time. Can be unforgiving but once it’s stuck, it stays..

Needed it for my turtle tank and it still holding up

I have this glue at my house, in my car and at work… I fix everything with it and it holds great!

I was restoring some 1930’s woodwork to it original state; i.e., refinishing the outside showing part of the ornate woodwork. Using nails to reattach the woodwork to it’s original position was a problem as nails (even countersunk, filled in and finished over) would have totally taken away from it’s original glory. Thus i decided to try this product.

Much to my disappointment, perhaps i should have tried sealing the back side of the refurbished prior to using this product on it. All this product did was to be sucked up into the backing of the refurbished pieces. I tried applying a sealant after the gel had dissipated, but it would not adhere after the gel had been applied. Drats!

However, not all was lost with gorilla glue as i had the double sided pads, which have been working well. Whereas hardly anyone will notice the small gap due to the pads, i know it’s there.

This was my experience … And i hope it helps anyone out there facing the same criteria as i had.

As a pro mechanic. I use this for many, many things.

I used this to glue a loose weft on one of my wigs. Problem solved. The glue held, and my wig is good as new.
