I bought this as a power bank to add to a backpack that had a slot and port for such. For that kind of purpose, it needed to be good at a few things. This one fit the bill.

Charging fast. While that’s not a requirement for my purposes, it is a useful feature. I’ve gotten a full charge in about two hours.

Doesn’t run hot. That’s a bigger issue for me, and i don’t see this as having that problem. I’ve expended the entire charge in the bag, no overheating.

Holds a charge. This doesn’t seem to lose power too quickly sitting around doing nothing. That’s most of what i expect it to be doing. I think, when not in use, if i charge it once every other week it will be perfectly fine.

Can charge larger electronics. I can get my ipad pro from 0 to full once with this. That’s about all i had hoped for.

It’s sleek. It fits nicely in the pocket designed for power adaptors. It’s easy to use. It’s one of those devices that does its job so well you barely notice it.

Received this product last month. It was packaged well. I love the slim look of the charger. The light indicator is perfect. Also i love the fact that it looks like a dogs paw. The charger does last a long time. I also love the color.

But the only thing about this is when i tried to charger it, for some reason the in/out part doesn’t allow me to plug it in. It seems to be blocked or something. For some reason i am unable to put the plug in the in/out part of the charger.

I bought a portable charger from this company before, and i loved it! I thought i should try this one out since everyone is raving about it. Came in the mail, and i thought it looked cute. I started to charge my phone, and to my surprise, it charged 15% within 2 hours. I have an iphone 8 for reference. At first, i thought it was my usb cable, so i changed it, and…the result is still the same. Luckily, i’m not in any situation where i need to use the charger. Needless to say, i was disappointed.

Update: the customer service was great! They reached out to me, and we solved this problem. The new battery i got works wonderfully! Great if you have a concert and need an extra battery for your phone. It charges pretty fast. I highly recommend this battery.

Absolutely no complaints with this device, does its job and more. Its saved mine and the family’s rear-ends i don’t know how many times but i highly suggest that you stop reading reviews right now and pull the trigger on this product. Whatever the price, i was lucky and just caught it on sale for twenty bones and copped and extra three lol.

Haven’t had this for long, but seems great so far. It charges my samsung galaxy s22 from 4% to 100% in under 2 hours, and can do so twice before it needs to be recharged. It is about the same size as the phone, only a little thicker. Bought it to keep in my hiking pack for long days when gps wears down my battery, and i think it will be perfect for that. Will also be handy for traveling. Lightly padded carrying case is good for giving it a bit of protection and keeping the cord from getting lost. Very happy with this so far, and the price was great!

Charged the batter to 100% an left it for a week before using it an when i did i chaged my i12 an s4 tablet both twice an the batter still had juice in it.. Im very happy with my purchase.. Speaking of that the price was an online independent reviews were all very impressive.

Took it on a trip with me. Worked perfectly as we were out and about all day with limited charging availability.
It was worth its money when my best friend utilized it when we went to her daughter’s varsity softball game and her battery was low. It allowed her to film the entire game and take pictures! Love this gem!!

I really like this charger except for the really cute pawprint status light. The light is way too bright to use in a darkened room and the lights never go off when the charger is in use. I like the small size but good power. I like the 2 usb-a and 1 usb-c ports so i can charge all sorts of devices. But the super bright status light really bugs me.

Slim and pretty lightweight to carry with you. Holds a pretty good charge and charges pretty quickly as well. Wish it had a built in usb-c to save the trouble of have a cord as we, but do like that it is compatible with different ends.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because you can tell it’s not truly 10,000 mah. Probably closer to 7,000. That being said it charges my phone just as fast as any of my high dollar 10,000 mah battery banks. It also recharges very quickly as well. I noticed a lot of reviews saying it charges slow, i charge on a usb c to usb c cable and it charges very quickly. If you still have an issue yours must be defective. The other thing i love is there still isn’t a lot of these battery banks that charge your phone from the usb c and in my opinion this is the superior fastest way to charge. For the price it’s great, just be aware it’s not a true 10,000. Love the paw as a battery indicator, most of the reason i chose it lol.

Ive had this product less than a year and it was phenomenal impact it worked great i also purchased the carring case that goes with it and it charges your devices super fast but now after a few tumbles n drops i plug my iphone cord into the power bank and turn it on and it does nothing the two usb ports in the power bank are also loose and i really would love if someone from the manufacturer contact me about this matter not sure if im under warranty i really would love another of the same product i love the paw print light indicator the slim lightweightness and fast charging of this power bank im so sad i have no powerbank charger right now while im at work.

I like this powerbank but the cord got easily damaged and i don’t know what type of cord i need to buy. I cannot contact seller so i called amazon support. Spoke to 5 of them, none of them was able to help me. Kindly tell me please what kind of replacement cord do i need to buy? Is there such a thing as usb type c to type c. Help! Thank you in advance.

I just got this early-mid august and i started taking this with me to college. Battery life so far has lasted me a long time.
Note: i don’t charge my phone to a full 100%, so if u were to do that then i’m not sure how long the battery life would be for you. I basically only use this to charge it to a % i know will get me through the day. I like that it also comes with a little pouch! Helps me not lose it 🙂

I was almost excited to get this. I had used a similar ‘brick shaped type battery pack for a few years. Kept in my car plugged into the usb port so when i needed a little extra battery time for my phone i have it. Used this same approach for this little guy and no joy! Won’t take a full charge and won’t charge my phone. Love the size, too bad it just don’t work.

Update 09/22/2022: seller reached out (from reading my review) and sent me a replacement. I’m updating my rating ’cause after all, customer service is part of the product and this is excellent customer service! Hoping the battery does it’s job too!

Be aware this power bank can only be charged from a 5v cube. I plugged into into a regular power block and it did not charge. After about a half hour the battery was not charging and the the cube got very hot and i had to unplug it. It only charges with a higher voltage power cube.
I have 3 other battery packs in various work bags/back packs. And this is by far takes the longest to charge. Other than that, it’s a sleek, compact, high power battery pack.

Power bank works really well. It stays charged for a really long time. It does get hot if kept on for long periods of time. It is also a little heavy and i do wish it were lighter. The case it a nice touch, although i just ordered a better travel case for it with a hardshell. I have only had to charge it twice since i purchased it last summer so that is impressive. Bonus points for cute paw prints

Was able to recharge my phone like 4-5 times on a single charge from this. Great but if didn’t have the usb c to usbc then you don’t get fast charging. It’s actually pretty slow imo but i’m otherwise very happy with its slimness and compatibility

Good charger to top off your phone or give it a little juice

This battery is very easy to use and charges quick. But draw back is it is not 10k ma. It is like 5k ma. Fully charging it and then charging my phone that has 4125 ma battery only charged once and has less than one bar left of power. This leads me to believe that it only has 5k. Also takes more than 12 hours to charge.
