This is my second hose like this, not sure if the last one i had, was this same brand or not but, it was the same hose nonetheless… And my first one worked perfectly for 2 years. I do not have a normal hose hookup where i live, so i have to pull mine through my little bathroom window, and connect it to my bathroom sink in order to have any kind of working hose… So that on its own is something that creates a lot more wear and tear on it, than if it were just hooked up to a normal outside spekot hose hookup, in my opinion… Because we have to hook and unhook it and pull it in and out of our window any time we need to use it.. Which is at least every other day, and everyday on the real hot days, during the summer. I have chickens and ducks and i also put together, grow and obviously, water, a decent sized garden every summer… So i use the hose quite often… I fill up a few little kiddy pools for my ducks, that need the water changed every other day and not a day longer. So again, this hose is something i cannot live without, especially during the summer months… And whenever i first moved into the house i’m currently living at, i went through 4 hoses the first summer… All of which either ended up getting holes all through it and/or blew at one or the other end, for whatever reason and out of nowhere, within the first 1-2 weeks of purchasing. I finally decided to come to amazon and figured i’d spend more money on a hose if it meant that it would actually last an entire summer at least.. And immediately stumbled across this one… I kid you not., it was maybe a few bucks more expensive than any of the hoses i bought at a store that didn’t last more than a couple weeks before breaking… So i didn’t have high hopes for it but read that it wasn’t easily punctured which was one of my main problems so, i gave it a shot and it lasted 2 years. Over the winter months being outside in the freezing cold (i live in the southern part of ohio so, there’s colder places but, it gets pretty cold here for the winters too) it lasted through… Mine just broke a few weeks ago and i wasn’t upset because it got me through longer than i expected it to whenever i bought it, and i honestly am still mad at myself for buying so many of the other kind of hoses from the store, before finding this one cuz i could have saved so much money. Anyway, this is my second hose like this and so far it’s holding up just like my last one.! If you’re having issues with your store bought hose getting holes all through it, getting pinched/bent everywhere and tangled up, and/or busting at the ends, stop buying store hoses and get this one, now! You won’t be sorry and you’ll save yourself so much money cuz you won’t have to buy another hose for a long time once you get this one!

I have tried several different hoses in the recent past. I bought an expandable one that was horrible and cheap, and i have had several heavy-duty rubber hoses that have burst from being dragged around the yard (but not pulled to the degree that this should have happened). I bought this one because it ticked the boxes with brass hardware, several lengths to choose from and a nice nozzle that comes with it. It is so lightweight, easy to use, seems quite durable and i love it! I wish it had some black on it so dirt would show up as much, but that’s just a quibble. Dollar for dollar this is by far the best hose i’ve ever had, and it’s made in the us!

I purchased this hose in april of 2022 and expected it (and one other flexible hose purchased later) to be a short term fix for our garden until i purchased a ‘more durable’ hose. We have used this all season and it is fantastic. The only habit you absolutely must get into is completely emptying the hose after each use, otherwise it can heat up in the sun, expand and fail. The sprayer that comes with the hose has a trigger lock that holds the sprayer nozzle open, so if you engage that each time you stop using the hose, you will avoid the expansion issue … Very easy to remember. Check out many of the pictures in other reviews that show a ‘burst’ hose and they tend to be laying on pavement or rocks in the sun in az.

Luv…luv this garden hose. Glad i bought 2, for front and back. They are extremely easy to install and power sprayers are top notch. Impressed with the shutoff valve on sprayer. Seems like is very short hose until you turn water on. Hose expands and lengthens with water pressure, then is kewl to watch it coil back down when water is off. Makes it super easy to wrap up over spicket. No, hose wheel needed.

This little hose has got a lot to offer! I got the 50’, but i should have got the 75’. It reaches where i need to go, but getting to the back of my yard i have to give it a good stretch and hold it tight.
I’m the spring i’ll be adding a 25’ to attach and another 50’ for the front.
Overall, i’ve used this all summer and i’m very happy with it. I have zero issues.

This thing is awesome. So much lighter than a regular hose, takes up less space, and it’s fun to make it grow and shrink. Hopefully it lasts the brutal summers in the california desert, but so far so good.

It gets the job done. It’s not the fanciest head that i’ve ever seen but for the price it does everything i would want it to do and then some. My only knock is that if you have the water turned on and you don’t have the valve at the nozzle closed it does leak just a little bit out of the head, but you just have to remember to close the valve and that stops the leakage.

So far i love it. It is very lightweight and easy to handle. The price is very reasonable too, and it comes with extra washers and a sprayer. I haven’t had it long and hope it holds up.

Bought this to water newly planted grass. We like it. It works well and expands and recedes well. It’s served us well for 3 weeks now. The sprayer is excellent. Sprays well away standing in one place we can almost spray the whole small yard at once.

Much better than the flexible garden hose i replaced (it blew out). This one seems much sturdier, with brass fittings on both ends and a water shut-off valve on the nozzle end. Great for an rv. Lightweight and stores easily.

We have owned half dozen of these lightweight expandable hoses over past ten years. Some are better than others. None last very long except in light duty applications. They don’t take any abuse at all. Hopefully this brand will be better tho i have a suspicion they are all made by the same company in china because the fittings and spray nozzle are identical.
Don’t leave them turned on when not in use.
Don’t drag them across rough surfaces including concrete walks and driveways.
This one has been fine so far. I would purchase again.

I have 2 of the 25ft hoses. I would like to order one of the longer hoses, but, my warranty has not been issued for the second hose. The first hose was for someone ( my neighbor) that didn’t want to pay for the warranty. I like having a warranty on my items. Not sure what is holding up my warranty paperwork. According to the other reviewers, and now myself, the company’s not issuing or standing by its warranty. I like the product, but, because you won’t issue my warranty, which i paid for, i hesitate to order the 100-foot hose from this company. I’m not sure why it offers a warranty if they won’t issue it to paying customers.

I purchased a 25 foot hose thinking it would be enough but when the hose shrinks 25 ft isn’t enough. I love the ease of using the hose i just need to buy another 50 ft hose for what i needed. I was able to use the 25 ft in a smaller area.

It’s too early to decide i barely used it yet but once it’s good so far i wish this questions come out to us after a long use not within a week of receiving the product

The only problem i have is that i need glasses or a magnifying glass to read the spray selections. Very frustrating

Love this hose for the cost, better than expected. It’s nice that it shrinks back up when you turn off the water to make for easy storage. The spray nosel included works great as well. The only thing for me was i was looking for a hose that i could put a sprinkler further out in our yard and didn’t expect it to be so difficult, you have to have the water on for the hose to expand fully, you can’t just pull the hose out and put it out and turn the water on, so when going to put out the sprinkler i would have to have the sprinkler attached and the water on (difficult to cink the hose to stop the water) i would then have to get it out where i wanted and throw it down and run (great entertainment for the neighbors.) if you do try and just pull it out without the water being on be prepared for some snap back, it’s quite the springy one. Overall great hose, even with the one set back would still purchase again.

The hose expands as advertised and i’ve had no problems with that factor. It does occasionally get tangled itself, but very easy to straighten out, especially as compared to the more ridged hoses on the market. Overall, very pleased with the purchase.

Hose is nice and lightweight however the nozzle settings didn’t work right.

A good size expandable for a medium size yard

I’m a serious gardener and hard on hoses. This is a nice and sturdy hose. Well worth the money.
