If you love the feeling of rubbing lava rocks against your skin for the sake of feeling soft, this product is right up your ally. I wouldn’t say it’s good to use on sensitive skin because of how course the exfoliation in this bar is, but it’s sensitive in the sense that it doesn’t irritate my skin with fragrance. I also didn’t realize this was a “men’s” bar but it smells nice and is gender neutral in my opinion. I used an exfoliating gloves to hold the soap and my boyfriend immediately commented on how soft i felt after using it. Happy with the product but i definitely was surprised by how borderline painful it was, especially using it on bonier areas like your shins, but it works great!

This soap works well in the areas that matter arm pits and growing area. It will leave your skin dry but that’s what lotion is for, overall it last longer that other soap bars. The only negative is that it leave heavy soap scum in the shower, but you have to clean your shower weekly to keep the soap scum under control!

I usually don’t spend money like this for bar soaps, but after reading the reviews i decided to give it a try. I am so glad i did the results are a cleaner feeling and the scent is great. This bar should last a couple months. I will purchase again

This soap smells so good! It’s great for exfoliating whether youre using a towel or wash up using just the bar. I follow using dove or some type of other body wash because it does leave a slight soap residue on the body.

Despite it’s description as a man’s soap, its definitely great for all.

I love this soap–the exfoliation properties & how it makes my skin feel are the top pros. The smell is soft & not overpowering as some ‘for men’ products can be.

I am getting away from plastic beads because they are bad for water systems. I’ve seen images of microbeads backing up water systems because they clog up on certain filters, canals. That and hearing about how micro plastics are found in water, food and sea life. The ingredients for this soap list *pumice* as the material that is exfoliating while washing your skin. Pumice stones are also used for exfoliating. This soap broke those stones up into small pieces and mixed them into the bar.

Back to the soap here. I have oily skin and do get sores. On the legs, chest, lower back, and shoulders. After about two days of using this soap i noticed my sores calmed down. Their redness and appearance went down drastically.

Prior to this i was using dove men care liquid soap and when i would finish washing i would feel a bit of a layer around my skin when i was finished. Like not all the soap was rinsed off. After the very first use the difference in my skin was extremely noticeable. In a good way. This does have like a sandpaper-ish feel, at the same time is like a massage. Cause after i am done my skin feels relaxed.

The smell is amazing and falls in line with what i’d expect in men’s soap. After rinsing it does leave a light scent and my bathroom will carry that smell for a few minutes after i get done showering.

I do like using this soap while rinsing.

I haven’t used an exfoliating bar before, and am in awe of how smooth it makes my skin feel without drying it out. The scent is powerful, particularly in the first few days after unwrapping the bar, so be mindful of where you place it if you are sensitive to smells.

This is the best soap for you if you work in dirty conditions! I’ve been a welder for 4 years now. However, for 3 years i’ve never been able to come completely clean with normal soap. My skin always has had dirt deep down in the cracks. I tried this soap a year ago and i’ve been using it everyday since then! It’s like a magic eraser! I couldn’t imagine living without it.

I didn’t know what i wanted in a soap bar until i accidentally came across marlowe. This soap bar exfoliates while leaving a gentle masculine sent, all the while leaving you feeling genuinely clean. Additionally the soap bar last for a long time.

Always love to smell this and wife is a fan too.

You like rough soap like me? Done. To say this soap is ‘a bit pricey’ is kind, but showers are a joy. Pretty sure this is the go-to soap for rhinos and walruses. And me. Love it. (except the price).

For me, the jury is still out. Not sure it does a good job moisturizing. Good job exfoliating though. Probably would not purchase again.

The soap is good quality and not too expensive for the size of the soap the only downfall is the skin feels a little dry after using for me and my man.

If you are looking for an abrasive soap, this is it! The texture is a bit bigger than sandpaper. I absolutely love it! It scrubs my skin rough just the way i like it. Yes sir, daddy. Lol! I’m a woman but love the masculine smell especially layered under my feminine smelling body wash. It’s a very important part of my shower routine using 3 different soaps and scrubbers. Take care of that temple, y’all! I love you!

I work outside mostly because i’m a delivery driver. This means i’m sweaty and hot pretty much the whole day. When i use this soap i feel like i’m getting all of the dirt from the day off of me and leaves my skin feeling hydrated and refreshed and it exfoliates and gets rid of any dry skin that i may have from being in the sun very refreshing to me. Not for sensitive skin though if you want something that feels soft on your skin this isn’t for you

I have sensitive skin. With soap, the two most common irritants for my skin are added perfumes and dyes. For over 10 years now i’ve used the same bar of soap with no perfumes and no dyes. That soap is going out of production and i need to find a new soap to use. For some reason i thought i’d give this over try and i don’t know why i don’t know anybody who’s ever used it. I was concerned when i opened up the package because there is definitely a sent to the soap and it is not subtle. I was worried that it would irritate my skin, but i gave it a try. Now keep in mind i didn’t use it on my face my face doesn’t need more sensitive than the rest of my body but i did use it on my body. Despite my previous reactions to strong scented soaps this soap did not cause a reaction. That tells me that the ingredients that they use are pure, genuine, and quality.
I don’t know that i’d consider any soap to be ‘moisturizing’, i use lotion for that. I will say that i often hear borrow soaps are very drying. This soap did not make me feel as though my skin was just moisturized after i used it, however i do not feel as though my skin was dried out. I would refer to the soap as non-drying with regards to your skin afterwards i would not refer any bar soap is ‘moisturizing’.
You’ve seen i mentioned the scent of the soap a couple of times. It is pretty strong but because it’s quality it’s not ‘so strong it puts carpet fresh to shame’ over-powering. When i first started using the shower was filled with a pine scent. And it’s still kind of smells like pine as you use it but that kind of morphs. Into just kind of a crisp kind of scent

the sensitive skin of my body was not irritated by the soap. I have not used it on my face nor will i use it on my face and that is because the skin on my face is much more sensitive. I will purchase the soap again and continue to use it on my body. I will be happy if in this soap i found a product with a scent that i can use. I wouldn’t expect your skin to feel moisturized after using it however i wouldn’t expect your skin to feel dried out either. I would recommend this to a friend.

Really does soften my sensitive skin. However, the bar is dissolving faster than i would like given the price. Would not buy again because of that.
