I hike a lot! I hydrate (drink water) before going on hikes, during and after yet i was still getting evening cramps in my hands and calves. Electrolyte drinks didn’t work me but magnesium and potassium tablets did. No more painful muscle cramps!

I don’t like pills without coating, at the end of the pot you can see medicine residue so i don’t know if you actually take the necessary amount

I’m not a big fan of supplements, to me most of it and the associated claims seem like snake oil bs.
But when i complained to my doctor about getting short severe leg cramps in the am, he told me i probably have a magnesium shortage, so i bought a jar of this stuff (the cheapest on amazon).
It appears his diagnosis was correct because after taking this stuff for three weeks my symptoms are better.
Does that sound like testimonial bs to you? It does to me, but i have to admit it does seem to be helping.
I still think most supplements and health improvement claims are bs but in this instance the product did help but i would not have taken it based on package claims, bs testimonials from the net or aunt so & so uses that, i needed a doctor with scientific knowledge to advise me to try it.

I selected these because they’re a good value and a trusted brand. However, they’re a bit chalky to swallow but not bad. I would buy them again.

I don’t swallow big pills that easily. I take it with food to make it easier to swallow. Just before i swallow, i put the pill at the back of my mouth. It goes down with the food and i don’t even notice it. I just don’t handle big pills with just liquids. It’s worth the trouble. I sleep better and my magnesium has gone up. It’s good for your brain and your body.

I think they should have coated them, hard to swallow and get stuck in your throat. Will not buy again, only coated ones from now on.

Not sure they are any better than any other

Been using this for a few months to help with my migraines. It really does help greatly in cutting down my migraines along with taking vitamin b2 everyday.

The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is the actual bottle. I’m not sure why, but the lid stopped staying closed a couple of weeks ago and the bottle is still over 1/2 full. Humidity can negatively affect pills such as this, so that’s a pretty big problem to not have a tightly closed bottle. Not to mention that i rarely used the lid at all, usually opening it by just twisting off the lid. Luckily i had a puritan’s pride bottle for another vitamin of similar size that had a lid that matched perfectly. But that’s a big problem that i hope isn’t common or i’ll likely have to look for another brand of the same type of pill. I’m hoping it’s an outlier and if the problem doesn’t persist with future bottles, i’ll update this to 5-stars.

Just a personal pet peeve but i dislike large pill sizes, and this is just a bit larger than usual. Love the product though.

Skin on fleek

I take magnesium because of muscle cramps associated with pantoprazole. Other brands have less magnesum per tablet and are harder to swallow. This has an adequate dose. Works well for me.
