Oral-B Pro 1000 CrossAction Electric Toothbrush, Black

I got this after my dentist recommended me to go in for an electric tooth brush. I must say that the brush is pretty good and does a great job of taking the plaques and food residues out and does a through job of cleaning your teeth. The battery on the brush is also pretty good and holds charge for about 6-7 days easily (with an average usage of about 10-12 mins on a daily basis). One disadvantage is that the openings on the brush head make the paste go in and cleaning the brush itself is kind of hard. So far so good and i am satisfied with the purchase.

I bought 2, 1 on sale and one full price. If you need bells, whistles, and blue tooth connection to brush your teeth, then don’t buy this toothbrush. It’s very efficient in deep cleaning if used properly, not pressing too hard or not enough. The spinning action is much better than the vibrating motion of other electric toothbrushes. In my humble opinion, it’s ludicrous to pay a hundred and thirty dollars for a toothbrush. But if you’re wealthy and your money is burning a hole in your pocket, then go ahead and buy a rolls royce electric toothbrush that connects with your smart phone.

I’ve used oral-b electric toothbrushes for a long time. The battery lasts about a year and a half, so i replace the entire unit. Previous and more expensive models have a rubber comfort sleeve on the body, and i will say this comes loose after using and rinsing this brush 3 times a day. Water and paste will get trapped under. Gross.

This brush has a sleek plastic body, which solves this. It can get a bit slippery if wet, though.

The brush is as powerful as the higher priced brushes, which makes this a no brainer for me. Do i really need bluetooth for my toothbrush??? Lol.

Good toothbrush. My teeth feel very clean after using it. Having it charge for about 24 hours for about a week’s worth of use twice per day is worth it to me, especially since i got this toothbrush on sale. But what doesn’t seem worth it is the replacement heads, especially when changing heads every three months is recommended.

A good toothbrush, and brushing teeth twice a day, the battery survives well over one week.

My only slight complaint is with the on/off button. You supposed to turn the toothbrush off while it is still in your mouth, to avoid splashing the toothpaste all over, but the button is sometimes not very easy to find with your finger. I wish it was more ‘distinctive’, more sticking out. But it is minor. Otherwise, i am happy with it.

Best bang for your buck! Gets the job done and won’t break the bank. Oral-b has made a great toothbrush that leaves my teeth clean and refreshed. Would definitely buy again!

Our old ones were dying. Based on reviews of various oral b models, we chose this one as its top rated. It’s so much more powerful than our old ones. Very happy with it.

Its a really nice brush. Simple to use. It leaves my teeth feeling super clean and seems to last longer than regular brushing.

Ny times wired #1 rated toothbrush. I love being able to feel the tiny spaces between my bottom front teeth when there’s no plaque buildup. Previously i could only get that after a dentist visit. Now this thing gives it after every use. I have sensitive gums so i switched to the extra soft brush head.

It is as if i just had a dental cleaning. After using this device my teeth is sparkling clean.

This toothbrush really cleans my teeth. I also like the timer function because it reminds you that you are done with a section but it doesn’t “time out” or turn itself off when it thinks you should be done. This is nice for me because i like to brush my tongue as well. I took off one star because it sounds like a jackhammer though! It kind of rattles my head a little bit as well. Overall, i am happy to of purchased this toothbrush as it is the cheapest option that is reliable (oral b) and has the spinning function. In my research i found that sonic toothbrushes are great but the spinning function is the best.

I had the philips sonicare prior to this one but i ended up buying this per my dentist recommendation. So far i can notice a difference and that’s that while the oral-b brushes my teeth & reaches my gums better than the sonicare one it doesn’t have that strong vibration that i’m used to from the sonicare which makes the oral-b feel very underwhelming. However, the oral-b is very slim, lightweight, and easy to charge. It also takes less space in my bathroom which is a bonus. So while the vibration isn’t as strong as the sonicare it still has different features about it that makes up for lack of vibration strength.

I will keep it. My teeth feel wonderful. It is really loud. I work really early in the morning 430am and i am concerned it might wake up my hubs. We will see. The brush head is really simple to swap out and everything as far as operation is simple and easy to use. I never read the instructions.

The only thing this has is the timer, not even a pressure sensor which these are supposed to have to make sure you aren’t brushing too hard.

The manual had info about a bunch of other features this brush doesn’t have, like sensitive mode, etc.

I knew it was the basic one but it should at least have the pressure sensor imo.

It’s asking me to rate bluetooth? I don’t think it has that at all.

It’s good for deep cleaning and it’s really is the most budget friendly option, but don’t expect any features at all.

I like this toothbrush much better than the phillips ones i’ve owned before. Much more effective cleaning. Also, the 2 minute timer helps you brush you teeth for an appropriate amount of time.

Gift for son and he likes it. I was surprised at how lightweight it is. Not sure if that is a good or bad thing. It feels flimsy to me but i’m used to a heavier one but maybe that’s better so your hand doesn’t get tired holding it. I’m not sure

This was almost the lowest of the price range of oral b. Doesn’t have timer feature but as long as it cleans, that is fine with me. Hoping it will at least last a year. I do like how it cleans.

Love the fresh clean feeling i have after brushing. Only downside is how noisy it is.

Man it gets my teeth clean but i feel a bit roughed up after using it. The timer is useful so you know when to move to the next section…although at my age, i kinda inherently know when to move. It definitely gets the cleaning done. However, it feels a little rough so i use this brush at night and a manual brush in the morning…

The cleaning seems very good. The battery life has been about a week with daily use. The replacement brushes are too expensive so i get at least 3 months for each.
