Peet’s Coffee, Dark Roast K-Cup Pods for Keurig Brewers – Major Dickason’s Blend 75 Count (1 Box of 75 K-Cup Pods) Packaging May Vary

I originally tried peet’s coffee (medium roast, big bang) via an influenser thing, and was impressed by how bold it was for a medium roast. I really enjoyed it. My preference is dark roast coffee, black, unsweetened.. The darker the better. I want it bold, smooth, and chewy. I figured if peet’s can make a gorgeous dark leaning medium, then i must try one of their actual dark roasts. So i came here to find some. This is good! It is strong for a k-cup. I usually brew k-cups at 8 ounces for best flavor, but this can be easily brewed at 10 ounces. Try 6 ounces for extra bite, or for pouring over ice. I intend to try their other dark roasts, and even their decaf (occasionally i still want coffee but dont want the caffeine). This major dickason’s blend has a little something i can’t quite pinpoint. It has a hint of tang that i normally avoid, yet that deep undertone of dark roasts keeps it solidly in my favor. I really like this, but it is maybe #2 or 3 in my list of preferred coffee, but it is on the list of coffee i would repurchase!. I see that they also offer other dark roasts, so i will be sure to try them out. My usual dark roasts are:
san fransisco bay extra dark italian roast
green mountain dark magic

as for others in my household, my husband drank some and he is more of a caribou medium or light roast drinker (blegh). I had my mom over for coffee, and i made this for her. She never knows what i am making, but usually it is a medum or dark roast. She definitely noticed that this was different and very good. She thought it had a good strong coffee flavor. She added a little cream and sugar.

I’m pleased. My box of loose cups is exactly as expected. No problems, no issues, no concerns. Will highly likely buy again.

Our household are consistent morning coffee drinkers preferring towards a bold strong flavor. Have tried all brands to try finding the ultimate taste. With shortages happening more often now, our large warehouse seller was out of the coffee we normally bought, but they had offered a new item in their inventory-which was peet’s. Boy were we pleasantly surprised in the taste! Not only was it smooth and not bitter, giving us the caffeine needed to jump start our day, we also found that we did not need to add the large amounts of cream and sugar that we had done so with other brands.. That is a big plus which goes to show you with the other brands you need to add more cream/sugar to try to get a good flavor in the coffee… This peet’s brand you get to taste what a true cup of coffee is like! Highly recommend this, hubby had me buy more cases of peet’s so we would not run out!

I really like this major dickasons’s blend. I first tried this blend at a family get-together and i really enjoyed the full-bodied flavor w/o bitterness or weird aftertaste. I prefer the 8oz brew, the wife likes the 12oz. The price was very reasonable for k-cups.

I’ve wanted to switch to bold and tried a couple other brands before this. They just didn’t do it for me, but i can finally stop the search. This is nice and strong without being too overwhelming.

Must be on my 20th box by now. Not one, repeat, not one pod in 20 boxes have been open, stale nor made by some other entity. Stop the madness humans, seriously, the holier than thou attitude is tiring. These are legit!

Super handy for single cups of coffee for guests or afternoon or when i fail to make a pot for the morning.

I love strong coffee but often it is also bitter. This coffee is strong and not bitter. Just right!

Now my favorite coffee. I had used this brand in the past and had forgotten how great it was.

Once i tried peets coffee i couldn’t go back to any other coffee. I like my coffee on the stronger side but also smooth tasting. Peets has it all!! I use the pods and my niece uses the ground coffee…..both are excellent!

I love a good dark cup of coffee that won’t get too diluted by my hazelnut creamer. Peet’s is at least one of my top five.

Tip: i see a lot of reviews on different k-cups that complain about grounds in their coffee. That happened to me only once, years ago. After that, i started pushing my k-cups down by hand myself when i place them into my keurig, before closing the top to insure the needle fully punctures the bottom of the k-cup. It’s never happened to me since! 🙂

Did not seem as fresh as the previous purchase
some pods were broken and some did not have a full amount of grounds to make my usual cup

I have been a fan of peet’s coffee for a long time, and major dickason’s has been my favorite… Great coffee at a great price!

I test new coffees by drinking them black. If i dislike the flavor drinking it black, i usually do not like it with sweet cream.

This coffee passed my test. It is rich, just a ‘smidge’ bitter, but it does not affect the overall taste. In my opinion.

I have been trying to cut out sugar where i can, so i am happy that peet’s coffee works for me. With or without any enhancements.

Very nice coffee from pete’s. I like the french roast best cuz it’s stronger, but this is still very nice.

Peet’s coffee is very good,but the amount of k cups was supposed to be 75. When i opened the box it didn’t look like it was 75, so i counted it and there was only 60. This surprised me as peet’s is a prominent coffee company.
