I ordered it as a gift and it came missing one of the lids and both balls. I emailed their direct customer support and got an answer and solution within 12 hours. They sent me the missing parts the very next day and they arrived in plenty of time.

Since the packaging was opened anyways i tried it out and it seems like a lot of fun. I was able to easily close it back up so you can’t tell it was opened. I think it’s going to be a hit at christmas with my competitive family!

Limited info on the product. This it was purchased by me a grandfather for a near 13 year old boy. I’m active and expect kids should be active, engaged and not glued to a screen. Hope it works. Item arrived in good order and within time for the holidays.

Bought this for my 14 year old son and he mastered it quickly! He loves it! Recommend using it on grass or carpet only.

Fun game for my teenage grandson. The only thing he dislikes is the balls provided with the game are really hard and hurt if they hit you while playing the game!

My 8 y.o loves it! It took him a couple minutes to figure it out but kept challenging himself to catch it more and more times. Fun toy that kept him busy!

Sellers were easy to deal with, mine came with missing parts them and they sent them very quickly, and even included an extra ball that glows. The game itself is harder than it looks, and may be a litter too difficult for the 8 year-olds i bought it for, but we’ll see how it goes. A little pricy, but sturdily made.

It seems durable. I think kids will e joy the challenge of making the ball go even higher and catching it in the tube.

I bought two of these to keep my 8 and 10 year old grandchildren occupied. I was worried that they wouldn’t like them. To my surprise the 8 year old, who is not very patient, wouldn’t put the thing down. After two hours of play he was still happily trying to master the thing (it isn’t easy). His 35 year old uncle had the second one and wouldn’t put it down. Best to use on carpet or outdoors on the grass. The ball is heavier than it looks. For the materials involved, i would say it is very overpriced. That said, in my case i’ve spent more for toys that were enjoyed less.

Gave as a gift ge enjoyed it but i don’t it will be something he’ll play with often. It is very simply made and the price is too high for all it is.
