I am on my third pair of these braces. I like the length, which seems to keep them in place better than some of the shorter ones i’ve used previously. They provide great support, and i can definitely tell the difference in pain level when i am not wearing them. For me, they seem to last about 6 months of daily 12-16 hour use, and then they seem to stretch out to where they have a hard time staying in place. I rotate two pair so that one is clean while the other pair is being washed. When a pair is no longer providing the support i require, i make them my yardwork pair until they are worn to the point where they need to be discarded.

Reminder that these come as single braces, so if you need two, you must buy two. Highly recommended.

Had surgery on a fractured patella. Recovery was supposed to be 6 weeks. 8 months later still have stiffness and pain. Have been using the sleeve while exercising for two weeks and what a difference. Stiffness and pain have decreased. Also, before i used the sleeve my knee would be hot after exercising. With the sleeve, it is rarely hot. First day it was a little itchy, by the second day that was gone. I feel like keeping it on all day, but i don’t think it is meant to be worn all day. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I had knee troubles for several years due to self inflicted by running into my 60th. Tried many variety of k er supporters it this simple easy to wear fabric sleeve out performed! I ordered another one for r knee. It’s deservingly effective. I’m allergic to latex and have to fold top and bottom but my knee is stable and pain is diminished. I can’t comment on durability as it’s new to me.

I purchased the powerlix knee compression sleeve because i had pain in my knee and it was keeping me from functioning well on a daily basis. After wearing this knee sleeve for 2 days , my knee doesn’t hurt so much and i am able to do a lot more on any given day. It is easy to put on, comfortable and it works. So, i bought another sleeve when the other is being washed. It’s a true lifesaver.

Though my review is anecdotal, i am older big guy who was in great pain on a knee requiring a surgical fix. I was in pain day and especially at night from it until this sleeve / brace arrived. I was worried the 2xl size might be too small but it fit my 4xl knee and immediately i could put weight on the leg and soon after, the pain was gone. I know others might have different results but for me this was quality of life changing!

I have mild arthritis in my knee. This keeps the swelling and pain to a minimum. I use it for running, squats, and on the rowing machine with no problems. I usually have to pull it back up a bit a few times during a lengthy run, but that’s ok so long as i can complete the run with less pain!

Bought this for my wife who runs 5 days a week. One of her knees started hurting. Tried this and so far so good. Helped her with the pain. Only drawback is it slid down sometimes during the run. She used the measurement requirements on the site. Maybe she needs a small. She highly recommends.

Although this knee brace didn’t end up working for me, their customer service was outstanding! I used the size chart provided, yet the brace was too large and i suspect would have slipped down when walking. I had also hoped for a bit more stability for my knee. However, if you just need slight compression, it’s way more comfortable than the ones sold at a local drug store. When i contacted customer service for a refund, they were very prompt and courteous. I will definitely keep them in mind once my knee heals if i end up needing slight compression, but i’ll size down next time.

I purchased two, one for myself and my husband. Mine fit fine and comfortable to wear. However, my husband’s didn’t fit well who has a wider upper knee area due to muscle mass and a skinny knee and lower leg area. So, the large was too big for his skinny knee area.

Great product, my daughter says it works great for what she needs it. Also great customer service, we ordered one and it ended up being too small (we measured her like it says to do it but she was right in between a m and a l) and i contacted customer service and they send me a bigger size the next day.

I bought this a couple of years ago and it has worked very well. The elastic is starting to break up put it still stays on properly.

I bought one for a friend and he likes it and says that it is helping his knee pain.

I am docking one star because it was $19.99 last week, which i thought was very high for the product. Now, a week later, it is $14.99! I understand that prices fluctuate – but 25% in one week? Irritating!

Good length, can pull up over knee with plenty to spare. Have used many of these – just did a long bike ride with them and performed pretty well. If you are going to weightlift, such as squats or deadlifts, leg presses, then rheband is your best bet, not these

This sleeve is good for mild protection. This is good for if you just want a little more protection than your bare knee. Depending on the shape of your leg it will probably slide down. That is more a critique about this type of product rather than this specific product.

Does not slip down. Stretches and fits from mid thigh to mid calf, just like the picture!

I ordered two different leg sleeves. The other one did not not work–sizing was not correct and the materials not as good. Only complaint is finding a way to keep the top portion from rolling under the knee

the cambivo and modvel bunched up in the back of my knee which was very irritating, these were out.
I hiked 2 miles up a mountain with a 1400’ elevation gain. On the way down, i had the tiniest pain in my right knee about a third of the way down. I put the powerlix on my left knee and the neenca on the right. As i reached the bottom, i had a tiny amount of pain in my left knee and no pain in my right knee, so, for me, the neenca is the best.

Good support and reasonably priced. Doesn’t slide down.

Good product

Works well, though it seems loose at the back of the knee. Overall, it helps my knees.
