Is there any knowledge of iodine content in these varieties (chix in gravy)?

Why is there wheat gluten in can cat food ?
Wheat gluten is in human foods also. About 10 ago they discovered poison in wheat gluten from russia that killed some pets but it hasn’t been found in it since. They use gluten from different types of grain in many foods to give it body.

It depends upon your cat’s liking. That’s why there are so many offerings. Good luck! Mine prefer ones with gravy, especially shreds and filets, not pate.

How long can this product be used?
If you are referring to expiration dates, you would have to look at the actual package. But, be forewarned. Last delivery was terrible. Outside box was not damaged so it was a surprise that more than half of cans were dented, some leaking. Like it was thrown at a concrete wall!

How long can this product be used?
I’m assuming your asking for an expiration date. The case i’m using now is dated to expire in 11-23. If you’re asking ‘how long can this product be used?’ after opening. If i open a can at night, i have resealable lids, but still use up the leftovers first thing in the morning. Not sure if this helps, but it’s what i do.

If your cat is not going to eat the entire can of food, then yes, put what it doesn’t eat in the refrigerator. As far as what is better, shredded or pate, it depends on your cat. My cat prefers the shredded better than the pate.
Can you recommend some similar products?
I also feed friskies seafood & chicken pate. There are 40 in a box. The cats seem to like it just as well.

I would advise you to just check back every few days to see if it’s in stock at that moment, and if so, order it right away before it sells out again. I think they usually get more in stock on a fairly regular basis, but when the demand outweighs the supply, it sells out very quickly every time it’s back in stock. Sometimes it’s just a matter of chance and lucky timing to catch it at a time when it’s in stock again for a very brief time. Best of luck to you!
After 9 lives cat food killed 8 of the kittens i was fosteringand my esa i’ll never buy anything but canned friskies. The vets said cats under a year of age should never be given fish. So this chicken and turkey package is what i exclusively feed along with friskies dry

Cats are finicky.
This is a great value in terms of the amount of cans for the price. I cannot attest to the flavors of the foods as i myself, do not eat cat food. I only wish my cats weren’t so finicky and would stick to the flavors. By the time i was at the last few cans, they weren’t as eager to eat. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the product and everything to do with my cats. I’ll try buying these again for them in a few weeks. Much like variety, rotating their food choices with different brands seems to work well when dealing with three finicky little fuzz butts.

I have two cats 17 and 11 years old, and they seem to like. I buy the mixed box so they have a mixture of flavors. I will say that there is a lot more gravy than in past years. The price is great if you check all that is advertised. Walmart is now 99 cents a can and this was .78. I highly recommend it, being on a senior fixed income i feel it is the best i can afford and they turn their nose up on anything else.

The only wet cat food my kitties will eat
We’ve tried multiple wet food brands and friskies is the one my cats like most. I also enjoy this bran because it doesn’t smell as terrible as others. 4/5 stars because the amount of food in the can is more than my three cats can eat, and saving the excess in the refrigerator makes it cold and less desirable for my cats.

Friskies has reduced size of cans from 6 ounce to 5 ounce cans, , but cats eat it, and only problem i notice there is less meat in the cans and alot more gravy,. So im using more cans to feed my cats.i didnt know why my cats were always hungry , is because not enough meat, too much gravy.

My cats loves wet food, and devours this food. The size of the cans is a bit big so i split it into multiple meals. My cat seems to really like the flavor and devours the food easily. No issues with her stomach or fecal matter. I would recommend it.
