I love everything about this thing. My back isn’t in great shape (poor posture, manual labor) and this heating pad has changed my life. I used to buy electric blankets and wrap them around my back, but i’ve been through ~4 electric blankets that all died on me. So far, this heating pad is going strong with near constant use (i will say the highest temp i put it on is 130f. Maybe having it on a higher setting will shorten the coil life?).

The auto-off feature could use a sound, or flash the screen, some signal in general, when it’s turning off. I’ve gotten into the habit of checking it just in time to keep it on, but sometimes i forget.

At some point, and i’m not sure how this happened, a seam(?) opened up in the weighted shoulder pads. Tiny plastic beads will randomly pop out and i find them on my clothes, bed, etc. I haven’t been able to find where exactly they’re coming out and they kind of just appear every now and then. I can easily find them if i start pulling at various parts in the seam. It’s not hindering use, but it’s just weird.

My daughter got this for me for christmas. It has been a great relief for my back and neck.

Purchased this for a christmas gift. That night, receive text messages bragging about how wonderful it works and finally got relief enough that she fell asleep with it on for about 2 hours. Worth it.

I gifted this to my mom, the first time she tried it out she fell asleep so fast because of how comfortable she was with it

I love love love this!!! It works so well on my spasming back!! I have to buy a new one though as my kitty, apparently, likes to try to eat anything that has the weighted ‘beads’ in it and he ate a hole in it and the beads kept falling out so i had to throw it out. But i’m going to buy another one and make sure to put it out of his reach next time.

I bought this for my mom for christmas and she says it’s the best gift she received! Targets neck, shoulders and back. She uses it daily!

This thing is huge! And i love it . I had spine surgery and this helped me through! !!!

Super big, super soft!

This is the third one i’ve purchased because i wanted 2 of my daughters to have them after i got one for me. It’s perfect for neck and back pain. It covers more area than the regular hearing pads. I love that it has a timer and heat setting. I highly recommend it.

I wear this on the couch to get warmed back up for the most part. I also have chronic neck pain and the neck and shoulder feature helps relax the very strained and knotted muscles. Love it. I would buy one of these for every room in my house.

Bought this in sept. The window for return was 1 month. The product no longer works and the seller doesn’t answer. You would think for almost 45 dollars it would last more than 2 months. My mother is in her seventies and don’t abuse or use it often.

***update!! After reviewing this heating pad i was contacted by the company and they have replaced the old nonworking heating pad with a nice new one! I fully recommend this product and this company because they stand by their products, this heating pad does wonders for my back and neck pain!***

this heating pad worked wonderful until it just stopped working! I used it for back and neck issues and i loved the softness and heat, it was terrific until one day it just wouldn’t turn on! I would not recommend simply because it stopped working after such a short time!

We used this heating pad sporadically. We purchased it on july 4 and it stopped working at the end of december. Narmada feeling with it can’t get it to turn back on. Obviously, i cannot recommend this product to anyone. We tried to return it, but we were told that we could not. It was a waste of money

I bought this in mar 2022 to help with back issues (ruptured disc) not in constant use but when a problem started to arise. Now nov 2022 and was using it for a few days this week and just smelled something funny and it stopped working completely! Not to happy!!

since i have written this last review, i am changing my mind at least on the company that makes this product. As soon as this review went up, i was contacted (via amazon) by kody from renpro, the company that makes the product. He immediately went into action to resolving the issue at hand! I had a brand new heating pad within weeks. Yes, i’m hopeful this will work longer but that said, it has renewed my faith in this company. I would definitely buy from them again!! Thanks kody for your professionalism and care.

I like this heating pad. It has good temperature control options, and time choices. I wish it were a few inches longer to reach so it covered to the waist. The only true negative is the snap at the front neck. If it were larger snapping wouldn’t be so difficult.

I think this is a good product- however if you need neck relief, this is not helpful. The heat does not get into the neck area. It does reach about 3/4 way down my back with heat. It also warms up the shoulders.

Got as a gift. Mother loves this. Do not leave it on all night she woke up the next day with more pain. I reminded her too much heat can inflame existing conditions.

I really like the length and tie on the bottom. I just wish it could stay on longer than 90 minutes. Other than that i love it

Worked 9 months. I guess that’s ok. Considering i use it everyday.

Heating pad provides the best pain relief for my middle back. It is a big too big to travel around with it because i do need to take it to places at times. I like the long cord and the straps to wrap around your back.
