I did a lot of research in choosing a solid laundry detergent option to find these. The reviews are convincing enough, but i didn’t really know what to expect as i’ve really only used liquid detergents before. However, i have been trying to find ways to cut out plastic use to the best of my abilities and this seemed like an easy and logical step to take. Scents have also been irritating my sinuses and asthma a lot these days, so i wanted to find something that was scent free but still left things feeling fresh. So, i ordered these and decided to see what happened.

I’ve been using them now for a couple of months. They last way longer than liquid detergent, take up way less space in my very small apartment, and my clothes come out feeling clean and fresh every single time. There’s almost no difference to the clean feel that i got from liquid detergents. My sinuses and asthma problems have been better after making the switch to these, also. Might be unrelated, but it feels related enough as i haven’t changed much else.

Finally, it just feels really good using a product that works very well and also reduces my waste. I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking to just take a simple step in reducing their eco-footprint or just wants to try something a little more allergy friendly. I’m going to continue to buy and use these for as long as i am able.

These are fantastic. Simple as can be. Just toss part of a sheet in with your laundry (i just toss mine right on top of my load) and you’re done.

And economical. I compared the price when i bought them to the liquid detergent i had been using and it was no contest at all. I did find some cheaper powder options, but not by as much as i would have expected. These were clearly on the low end of the spectrum and for me the effectiveness, simplicity and lack of mess mean they more than pay for themselves. You’ll find lower cost options but i can’t imagine feeling like these are exorbitant.

One of the greatest things is the flexibility. The sheets are sized according to the most detergent you’re likely to need in any load. I end up using half a sheet for normal loads, a quarter sheet for small loads, and 3/4 for really big loads or just a little extra oomph. I don’t think i’ve ever used a full sheet; you’ll get far more loads out of these than there are sheets.

I find them perfectly effective, performing on par with other detergents we’ve used. Laundry needs at our house are pretty basic. Our clothes get lived in before we wash, but we don’t deal with a ton of major stains and odors constantly. I’ve got some everyday stains out with these alone. I’ve paired these with regular bleach and had good results, so i reckon you could use other additives with them just fine. But check out some other reviews if you think you need something heavier-duty than i’ve needed these for, or if you have particular sensitivities.

Another thing worth noting, i’ve had bad luck with powder in general in the past, with it not dissolving properly, especially in cold water; which is a small majority of my laundry. For our basic uses, these seem to dissolve no problem. I’ve never found any residue or anything either in the washer afterward or on any clothes.

Past that, i’ve found storage and tidiness are side benefits. This tiny box as opposed to a huge tub? Yes please. The cardboard isn’t so strong you’ll reuse the box after, but it’s as sturdy as it needs to be and the ‘drawer’ design lets you save partial sheets on top of the stack for next time. Neat as a pin, with no drips or grains to wipe up after. Keep it high enough that nothing wet will spill on it and give your shelf some breathing room.

What else… Fresh scent that’s not overly strong, obviously all the ecological and sustainability benefits… I may tinker around with other laundry options when it’s time to replace these just to experiment but these set a high bar for our needs.

I have been using these laundry sheets for about a year now and i like that there is no plastic jug to fill the landfill with. The laundry sheets are meant to be cut in half for a full load but if i have a very small load i can cut into smaller pieces and they are much more economical that say a laundry pod. The plastic pods did not dissolve well but these laundry sheets leave no residue behind even after washing in cold water. I have even convinced my budget savvy daughter to buy laundry sheets. We have been on vacation a few times now and the laundry sheets are so easy to pack in the suitcase. I am about to order again the fresh linen scent. I have a sensitive nose and cannot tolerate strong perfumes but the linen scent is very mild.

I had to stop using pods because i kept finding partially dissolved pods in the laundry after the cycle. I don’t have that problem with the sheets. It’s also a small box, rather than a big jug.

Recently, my son in law was talking about one of the kids getting rashes on his back. I had a box i hadn’t opened yet, so i gave it to them. As far as i know, problem solved. Unscented is a good thing.

I got these after watching a documentary about how the planet is dying. I panicked and bought a bunch of eco-friendly house products. I figured i would give it a shot but i doubted these sheets could work like my tide which i have used my entire life. Well well well….let me tell you. I was shocked when they came out of the dryer and my clothes felt luxurious. Super soft with no fabric softener. The scented ones don’t stay scented through the dryer so the lack of scent is something to get used to. But may try their scent booster. My towels felt fluffier so naturally like a crazy lady i ran upstairs and compared it to a towel i washed with tide. And they are actually softer and visibly fluffier. This is so cool. A product that is made in the usa, eco friendly and is actually superior to my other brand. I am impressed.

I love these laundry sheets!!!! My laundry may be even cleaner than it was with my liquid detergent. I chose ‘free & clear’ fragrance free because i have sensitive skin. I don’t remember reading this on the box, but the sheets disappear in the wash!

We ordered this as an alternative to the large bottled laundry soap. The soap sheet melts into the water and produces plenty of suds. Our laudry is clean and smells fresh not perfumed. It also helps our skin sensitivity. It is a welcome change and protects the environment! Good buy!

To be honest, i had serious doubts about this product. I love it. It works as describes and is a great space saver. The smell is great and is long lasting. The only advice i have is to store it in a waterproof storage bag. You can not get this product wet before using. It comes in a paper box to be earth friendly but it really needs to come in thicker cardboard box.

I love that i’m not destroying the environment with huge plastic jugs. These sheets work well to clean my clothes, bedding, towels, and all i throw their way. I use the unscented sheets as we do have sensory issues, but have tried the scented ones and the scent was gentle and nice. One small sheet is enough to clean a full load. They fully dissolve and leave no trace of themselves in the laundry. I think they are magical, effective, and environmentally kind.

Does not irritate my daughter’s sensitive skin. I like the convenience. No more struggling with heavy bottles/boxes & no liquid/powder spills. No residual liquid detergent left behind! Super easy to use & cleans the laundry just fine.

I’m not a fan of the plastic jugs but the laundry sheet manufacturers aren’t the solution. I should have crunched the numbers before i bought the laundry sheets.
We’ve had the solution for generations.
Name brand powdered laundry detergents which have been dermatologist tested, are biodegradable, come in cardboard packaging, and are priced considerably less.
50 loads (100 if you rip them in half for small loads) or name brand 137oz/172 (hec compatible) loads for the same amount of money.
Overall, product worked well. Would only recommend for travelling purposes though.

I have bought some other laundry detergent sheets that have worked okay but i find that these work quite a bit better. They are thicker than other ones on the market which makes me assume that there is more detergent per sheet. They are also cheaper than others i’ve bought. There’s no harsh scent which i like.

I love these laundry sheets. I was glad to finally find a version that comes in fully recyclable packaging. I am not a fan of the linen scent, but it isn’t overbearing or offensive, i just prefer fragrance free soaps whenever possible. It is my fault for not noticing this was for the linen scent and not the scent free version that i have ordered in the past. I have sensitive skin and can get rashes or itchy from many detergents. I have not had that reaction to these sheets.

Ease of use: i have a top loading washing machine and i usually tear up a single sheet into small pieces and drop them in while allowing the washer to fill up with the lid open before putting clothes in. I will swish the water around with my hand to get the sheet dissolved before putting clothes in the water to avoid the potential for the sheet leaving residue on clothes, however i have also tossed the sheet in after loading clothes and have not had the issue other reviews mention of residue. I think the trick is making sure the sheet is directly under the water flow to make sure it gets dissolved before the wash cycle starts.

What i love: i hate paying for water so buying liquid laundry soap seemed like such a waste, not to mention the extra energy that is required to truck heavy jugs to stores and again to my house. Concentrates are my friend and these are an ideal version of concentrates. I find my clothes are just as clean as with other soaps and i can usually do a large load with a single sheet. If i am washing really dirty things from the dog or from yardwork/ garage use i may use 1 1/2 sheets. Small loads of delicates can easily use just 1/2 sheet.

Note: the cardboard packaging is great for me, but it would be a bit of a headache for people in very humid climates as the moisture would get inside the packaging and maybe make the sheets stick to each other. In high humidity you would need to store these in a container with a desiccant packet to keep the moisture at bay.

I love that these come in a small cardboard box as opposed to a big plastic jug of laundry detergent. They dissolve quickly and clean clothes well.

Great product! Less pollution! Help save the planet! Easy to use! Just wish it had a bit of a scent….otherwise great.

These seem to work just fine! I haven’t had any problems with them dissolving, even in hard water. I generally wash in cold water.

It works pretty well but you might have to use more sheets than it says to make things clean. Also use a deepwater wash setting, works better with these.

Went to grab a sheet and the poor mosquito was in the sheet

I’ve used these sheets for a number of months now and find i can do cold water washing most of the time. I’m hoping doing so decreases my hot water gas bill.

No complaint with product but the way it was shipped.
Plastic bag chosen with no packing materials. A poor choice! It looked like this biodegradable box had been run over. Unable to even open it without cutting it open to save the laundry sheets.
