Very fast delivery and well packaged. Set up was quick and easy. Just follow their instructions to remove all packing, tape, and set on flat surface with plenty of ‘breathing’ room. This unit is nice in that it doesn’t have a large footprint. Don’t plug it in for 24 hours to let the compressor oil settle so as not to ruin it. And then run a few pitchers of purified water thru it starting with a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar in the first run. Throw away all the first 4 fillings of ice for cleaning before starting to consume any ice. Note: the smaller ice setting runs about 5 minutes so it won’t take long for rinsing and flushing the vinegar and any dirt or bacteria out of your ice maker. Only thing we noticed was a lingering plastic taste for the first few loads of ice. After that it was fine. One water filling will make about 2-3 baskets before refilling.
The exterior case is colored plastic so easy on the cleaning stuff. We bagged ice and after several runs, we were able to power the unit off and just take a gallon bag out of our freezer when needed. Fairly soft so it’s chewable if you want to eat it…we do.

I got this for christmas and it has been awesome so far. It makes ice quickly and doesn’t use a lot of water. It’s not really quiet but not loud enough to bother me.

It makes good ice cubes i bought it for my girlfriend about a month ago and she loves it, it’s a little on the noisy side but tolerable

We live in a 30-ft travel trailer and it didn’t come with an ice maker in the fridge. There’s lots of snow in there but it’s not the kind of icy you could put in your drink. I forgot how good ice cubes make a drink refreshing, even when it’s cold. I actually bought this because i’m having a hip replacement and i will need ice after my surgery. In the meantime, i am enjoying having ice again. The machine works perfectly and if i forget and i leave the ice in there too long it fills up and then it just melts back into the water part and eventually it’ll make more ice. I normally don’t forget it for that long of a period of time, but there’s nothing to worry about if you do.

Got this for my mother as she was always asking me to stop and grab a bag of ice. No more!!!! She loves it. I am happy with the product.

I bought this to replace my previous turquoise igloo ice maker, which got damaged by accident. I have to say it was a blessing in disguise, because i am loving this wizisa model! It feels better quality than the igloo. I can tell whenever i raise or lower the lid that it is higher quality. It is also quieter. It makes ice exactly the same way, and keeps it frozen until you’re ready to use it. I thought it was a nice touch they it included a scoop with a suction cup hook… Genius!

Should have bought one a lot sooner. At the price of a bag of ice it has paid for itself in no time at all. Works great. Very little noise.
And can make a 7lb bag of ice within about five hours.
Only one issue. Just wish the water holding tank was just a little bit bigger.

Make good sized ice very quickly. Filled a gallon ziplock bag in a few hours because only 12 cubes drop at a time.

Works fine. Produces cubes very rapidly. Our only gripe is that the cubes are very wet and when transferred to the freezer they freeze up into a clump. You need an ice pick to free them.

It’s easy to use and setup…i have enjoyed using it making ice..only negative is it melts fast…however i like my purchase.

It does not freeze the ice it makes so you have to keep emptying it after each cycle to put in your cooler… Great for drinks.. But we wanted to use it to put in our cooler.. We camp.
