I brought these for my twin girls and they really liked the flavor, didn’t taste like medicine at all.

Ok taste wise not great! But let me tell you!! My 11 year old girl has been taking them and boy has her mood changed!! I feel like i have another child lol , she’s talking more with me and dad. She’s interacting with siblings!! If i have to force her to take them to have the girl i have now i will!!! Very happy with these gummies! Thank you thank you!!!!!

My teen son loves these vitamins! I’m glad he finally found a vitamin he’s motivated to take regularly. And these vitamins are also sold in my doctor/naturopath’s office, so i know they’re good for him.

We started our pre-teen on these vitamins when she turned 11 after being on the kids smarty pants for the last 4 years. We definitely see a change in her energy levels when she misses doses. She started smarty pants vitamins after they were suggested to us for the good levels of vitamin d. She has/had idiopathic scoliosis that was found when she was younger and per the advice of her doctor we were told high levels of vitamin d had been proven to slow the progression of scoliosis…she was at a 19° and getting worse when we started her on the vitamins she is now at a 4° curve without any bracing or or other treatments. The only thing we did was give the smarty pants and take the watch and wait approach. She goes to shriners hospital every 6 months for x-rays. This is just our on personal experience and i am not a medical professional so please take talk to your own doctor before starting a new vitamin.

My 9 y.o. Is a very difficult kiddo to give vitamins or medicine too. She hates most flavors and doesn’t like pills. These are a lifesaver for me because she absolutely loves the flavors and she often reminds me that she has to take them!

My daughter maintained consistency taking these vitamins … Then she got braces so gummies are a no go… Do you guys have a pill form?

So happy i decided to try these with my teenager! I have now bought multiple times! My son loves these vitamins and takes them without being asked! The product has all the vitamins & minerals i desire in a multi for my son and doesn’t have all the unnecessary fillers.

We really wanted to love them since there is so much good in them and all the bad left out, but they just don’t taste good. My daughter can barely choke them down. Bummer!

I chose these due to having ingredients that are easy to metabolize with certain genetic disorders. My 12 year old has had very dry, inflamed facial skin with keratosis pilaris bumps for months. After a few weeks of taking these, his facial skin looks 100% better. I’m a believer and will continue to buy these.

My son says that they have an after taste.

For our nut allergic teen, it’s often hard to find a gummy vitamin that doesn’t have a tree nut warning. I love that this is organic, built specifically for teen males, and is free from allergens. Our 16 year old, who was brought up on gummy vitamins and prefers them over the swallow-able horse pill vitamins (who doesn’t) liked the taste of these and liked that they were built for him, and i like to support companies that focus on food safety and a comittment to less additives and colors etc. The issue i have with these you have to take like 4 of these per dose, and the bottle is kinda small, so they weren’t cheap and we ripped through the bottle very quickly.

I bought these for my son and he couldn’t tolerate the flavor at all so i have to rate that part of it a one star, however the value for the money is good.

Seems like these vitamins have all the right nutrients, but its hard to get my daughter to eat them. She says they are disgusting and as a 13yr old the dosage is 4 gummies per day. I had previously bought one-a-day teen and she ate those with no issue, said they tasted pretty good. The serving on those per day is 2.
