I expected to receive a cotton fabric measuring tape. But i was pleased to feel the material used here. It does not stretch. And it has a coating that makes me think that it will not become dirty with repeated use. Looks like it will wipe down very easily. I also love the fact that i can flip it over to get the metric measurement!

The tape measurer is just that, a tape measurer, it does what it’s supposed to do and it’s held up great over the time i have had it, it measures great and i’m able to fit it around me as needed.

My old sewing tape measure was confiscated by the cat and he wouldn’t give it back. Fine. This new one is nicer anyway. They used to be a dollar in ‘the old days’, but this one is good quality and worth the money.

I measure my body with this. Works great.

I had been using an old (read: ancient) yellow paper measuring tape up until it kept ripping on me and i had to tape it up over and over to the point it wasn’t worth keeping. So i grabbed the first one i saw.

It works as you’d hope it would. One side is imperial and the other is metric which is nice because i often need to take both sets of measurements. My only issue with it is that i wish it was a big longer. My s/o is a big person and the tape can still wrap around them but there’s very little left over length and it doesn’t feel good, you know? It’d be nice if it were longer for measuring height as well. 60′ is not really enough.

Some people are saying that the lines are off a bit. However they’re measuring from the metal cap and when it shows it’s off by an 1/8th inch or so, to me that’s not a big deal. As long as the actual inch marks are right. So if the metal part makes it a bit too long, you can just subtract that error off of your total. So who cares.
Mine happened to be accurate with the metal cap. I compared the whole length off of a tape measure, and by the end of the 60 inches the product was short by about 1/16th. So not that bad.

Used for measuring

Measured these flexible tapes against a stanley 16 foot retractable and plastic 12 inch ruler. Can’t use for anything longer than 12 inches. Still usable. Giving 4 stars overall instead of 3 because i don’t need for longer measurements.

Only thing it kincks but works ok.

Will do. Im happy enough. Easy enough to adjust for extra 1/16 of an inch. Not as wide as moms and grandmas. Made of soft bendable plastic. Good for your purse. Its made in china.
