Looking for specific info?

Does the product absorb sweat well?

I dont suppose you would want to sweat on a surge protector. Might be a bit shocking

Do the usb port coils make noise from the step-down transformer? Are they shielded?

We have not noticed any noise and we have many things plugged in. I’m not sure what you mean by ‘shielded.’ perhaps they are shielded internally?

I can buy a replacement charging cord (minus charger) for my surface pro6. Will the usb-c charging port supply an appropriate charge?

Yes, this power strip can appropriate charge for your surface pro6

What is the input voltage? Product details states 220 v but plug is 110 v. Nuetsa – can you clarify or change the product description to match photo?

It is 110 here in the usa. Not for 220 in the us.

Is this safe to use with a 1100w toaster oven?

No power strip should be used with a toaster oven unless it is rated for the current rating of at least 15 amps. Most likely kitchen outlets are wired with 22/3 wire size which is suitable for 20 amps of current although a 15 amp wire size of 14 gauge would be adequate for an 1100 watt toaster. The problem with the power strip is that you have 8 outlets and that it is feasible if you plugged in many high current draw items it would exceed the current rating it is designed for. Generally this type of strip is used for multiple low draw electronic units , like a computer, printer wi fi adapter etc.

I need a surge protector for 220 v this is ok ?

The device says it’s rated for 125v not 220v. I believe you would need a power strip specifically rated for 220v.

How much money

I thought this was a great item and considered it inexpensive.. I’m on a tight budget and this is a great item that works wonderful for me and i would buy again

Does the plug rotate to fit inverted outlets?

Good one, ha ! You are just kidding, right ? If you could rotate the cord cap the wires would no longer match so you’d be plugging the nuetral prong into the incoming hot and the hot into the nuetral, except that one of the prongs is larger to keep that from being done. If your ground is at the top of your recepticle you’ll just have a little loop in your cord coming off the recepticle. If that bothers you then you can spend about 5 minutes and just turn your wall recepticle over.

Where is product made?

China like everything else. It’s a nice strip though. Not really a surge protector. None of these strips really stop voltage spikes. Imho

How long can the product be used?

I just bought it two months ago. I am not sure how long it will be last . Maybe i might have to update my review after six months or a year . Please tune in later !

Is the housing made of plastic, or is it metal?

The housing of this power strip made of plastic.

Is this product really as good as advertised?

I love this product. I like that the cord is a good length and has a flat plug, that it has usb ports, and that the form factor / footprint is such that it lies flat on the table (or whatever you place it on) better than more linear form factors.

Does it plug into a regular outlet?

Yes, it is plug in to regular outlet

Can i use this for a ps4?

Yeah, you can. It is a normal outlet.

Whats the warranty?

I don’t really care it’s built good enough to last as long as i want it for witches be about 10 years

Can i use this for my washing machine?

I wouldn’t recommend it. It depends on the size of the washing machine but most washing machines pull 11-15 amps and this is rated for 13 amps. I wouldn’t advise it. Even if you had a smaller washing machine, i wouldn’t want to pull 11 amps through it for a long time.

Will this work for tv’s

I dont see why not

Is this surge protector only rated for 60hz frequency?

Does the 2’ long description say it is rated for 60 hz frequency? Then it is indeed rated for 60 hz frequency.

I see it charges iphones what about samsung phone with the usb port?

Yes. That’s all you need.

Is the good for a 900 watt gas generator to use for electronic equipment, charge phone and other electrical devices that have electronics built in?

Yes

Love this surge protector

My situation was that i have several cords laying all over the floor and filled with dust and dirt from my computer/monitor/printer/modem/router setup. I was using strip outlets and they looked nasty as well. The solution was this surge protector/power strip, with 2 rows of 4 outlets and the 4 usb outlets to boot. Hung this about 24 inches off the floor and used twist ties on the excess cords and a real messy situation is now clean – organized and no cords on the floor. Plus this protector provides more protection than i had and it had more outlets than i had before. Nice solution — great product and i got it on sale for a really good price!

Great power strip/surge protector, never buy a straight strip again!

This is exactly as described, and a great power strip with features i needed. The cord length was perfect for a longer run than most short cords, the side-by-side outlets allow me to use big power blocks that used two outlets in straight power strips. The extra usb ports are handy for not eating a normal outlet with yet another bulky charging block. In the end i can put in a lot more power connections, including bulky adapters and use all the outlets on the product. The construction is very solid and well built. I am very happy with this product and may buy more to eliminate others i have.

5Expert Score
Nice/safe power strip!

It really is a nice and safe power strip! I didn’t know it before i ordered it , but the plug goes into the socket and sits at a slight angle, which allows space for another plug to plug in below it without interfering with either plug. Nice design!

5Expert Score
Amazing!

This is wonderful. I was able to get rid of three other power strips by using this one. Total space saver! I can plug everything into it. I have my wifi, printer, computer and phone cord plugged in and still has room to spare for more plugs. Highly recommend!

5Expert Score
Perfect for my office

Love the fact that it has usb-c which is perfect for my apple devices, regular plugs for my desk light, monitor and other accessories as well as regular usb’s. The cord length seems to be just okay but i’ll likely buy another one of these in the future.

5Expert Score
Great item

Great item love the quality definitely been protecting my items so far i had another one diff brand claimed it was a surge protector and are storms here get big and my playstation went out cuz of it and now i bought this one plus it has a lot of usb ports and usb c love it

5Expert Score
As power strips go, this is pretty good

The cord is reasonably long, it’s got a bunch of outlets, and i like that it has the usb charging ports, too.

Some of the outlets are a little closer together than i’d like to fit larger plugs, but overall there’s enough room for what i need, even if i can’t use every outlet.

The whole thing is very lightweight, which makes me wonder how sturdy it really is, but i haven’t had a problem yet.

5Expert Score
Works as intended

So far, so good with the power strip. All the outlets work and i can’t speak to the surge protector element as thankfully, i haven’t had to test that out. The power strip doesn’t take up a lot of space and works as intended, as do the usb ports.

5Expert Score
Works great

Great product only thing i hate is the blue led status light. Take some electrical tape and cover that if you sleep in total darkness. The usb jacks are nice for charging your random things like headsets and phone

5Expert Score
Great price, good quality and convenient layout

This nuetsa surge protector’s design makes it convenient to set up the various plugs for my computers, printer, shredder, modem, etc. The six-foot long cord works nicely and allows for flexibility. I like the lights and the amount of joule protection this power strip provides. I was happy with it right out of the box. However, i don’t know about longevity since i only received it and hooked it up a few days ago.

I got a deal

I bought this during prime days so i got a good price on it. I like it. The length of the cord is great. It has plug-ins and usb ports. Nice. The only negative i have found is that it has a very bright blue light. Since i put it by my bed, the light is quite annoying. For now, i have shoved it under the bed, but that doesn’t stop the light. I probably will tape over the light at some point.

4Expert Score
Works well

Works like any other surge protector. We’ll see how it stands up in an actual power surge. Only drawback is that it won’t charge my macbook on the usb-c port.

110v surge protected outlets and 3 usb-a, 1 usb-c ports

Overall a very good product. Note it is black if color matters. The usb-c is limited to 5v devices, no 9-22 v devices. If you are charging a cell phone, it works fine. While the outlets are rated at 1625 watts, the instructions recommend any device over 1000 w be plugged directly into the wall. If you want laptops, pads, phones and other low to medium power devices, this is a good unit. I found the usb charge ports charge 2 phones at once in the same time as the cell phone chargers do. The wall plug is left pointing, a side pointing plug, not a straight plug. Again, not a big issue unless you don’t have room to the left of the socket for a cord or you are running the power cord to the right where the left facing plug uses up about 5 inches of cord extra (go left, double back to the right)

4Expert Score
Works as expected

Works as expected. Smaller than i anticipated. Would recommend.

Surge protector power strip nurtsa

For my needs this 6 port power strip is just the right size. I’ll probably never use the usb ports but i guess it’s good to have extra ones laying around. The real test will be if i ever have a power surge thru the electrical lines.

4Expert Score
Good product, so far so good

Good surge protector. Made well, sturdy, etc. The real test of course is when i get a power surge and if it holds up, but so far i like the quality.

4Expert Score
Good, compact and useful product

I have a number of electronic widgets by my bedside that need a good protective power source and this product solves the problem!

Worked for 5 minutes and then stopped

Bought a month ago fir college. Used today for first time. Worked fine and then it didn’t. Tried to unplug and plug again. Light that was plugged in blinked a bit and then nothing. Outlet works fine otherwise. Very frustrated that i can’t get my money back since past 30 days.

4Expert Score
Good product but cord is too short

Would have given a 5 star had the cord been a little longer by 2-3 feet, thicker or larger guage wire. Otherwise it is pretty well designed multifunction plug

4Expert Score
Good strip

I have another strip like this one but of much better quality. Still for what we need this strip for, it does the job which was to replace the even simpler (very) old strip we had our tv plugged into. The cord length was fine, in fact it was too long for the purpose intended.

One negative we discovered is that it sent our digital antenna protesting and we couldn’t get a lot of channels we normally watched. Hubby fiddled and fixed the problem, but a strip shouldn’t cause that issue…
