This is a big purchase so i really read the reviews. I was surprised to hear a lot of people complain about the noise. It’s not even as loud as the dishwasher you can’t even hear it unless it’s dead quiet and even then you’d have to be in the same room it’s in.

Putting the ice in the freezer. It doesn’t freeze into one solid block. You can literally just tap a spoon or sit the bag down a little hard to loosen the ice. Super easy to break back apart.

The ice tastes great and the machine came so clean you probably wouldn’t even have to throw out the first batch even though we did.

The ice does stay for a long time but i don’t keep it on all the time. I make my 30 pounds a day throw it in my freezers and wait until i’m out to make more

For the first week of owning this product, i was afraid we were going to have to send it back and look for another. The company was super great to help us troubleshoot the noise it was producing and after following their recommendations, we have not had a problem since. This machine produces a lot of ice and it is that soft pebble ice that everyone loves, including my daughter – she can’t get enough of it. The only down side is that when it is just used with water it does have a different aftertaste, but it isn’t bad enough to dock any stars. So far, i would totally recommend this ice maker to everyone, especially at the cost that it comes with. Thanks to the company for helping us troubleshoot the noise and standing 100% behind your product to make things right with the consumer.

Don’t forget to pick up a water line tee if you want to hook it up to the fridge water line as it doesn’t come with one. Otherwise, yeah, it’s a solid gadget and makes really great ice pebbles! Truly a first world problem kinda product.

Very easy to use but the noise level sounds a lot like a dishwasher. Well worth it, excellent texture and flavor of ice pellets.

We have been wanting an ice machine that makes ‘sonic ice’ and this machine did not disappoint!!! It is a little on the pricey side but soooo worth it!!! Its alot heavier and larger than we expected but sturdy and looks and feels strong and made well. Ours did come with some scratches on the one side but i am not going to complain. It took awhile for the ice to start coming – maybe 15 mins but felt like an eternity lol. Water runs first, make sure your on/off switch is lit up and not blinking. Then wait, having more patience than i did haha. Once its made and you try that first piece omg its the best chewable ice ever!!! Our entire family was eating it and getting drinks just to have the ice. I am just hoping this helps me drink more water than soda bc the soda tastes sooo much better in a cup of this ice!! There is a slight noise when its making the ice but so slight its hardly worth mentioning. If you are looking for a nice ice maker, especially ‘sonic ice’ producing – look no further!! This is it!!! We are so happy with our purchase!!!

Worth the money!

Makes great ice, fairly quickly. Could be quieter…but it’s not bad, just white noise. I do wish it could keep the ice solid, but i am very pleased with my purchase.

Really love this nugget ice maker! Have been using it a few days and it works great, noise level is low and you only use it to make ice. The leftover ice, if left in unit, just melts into water reserve for the next time you need to make ice. Note-this machine is heavy!!

Overall this is a great product. However, it does not make ice quickly, and it doe not keep the ice frozen.

Very slow on making ice. 3 hrs. For one basket. Company says that is normal

I love the ice this makes. The box was labeled heavy and it was. I was very surprised by this. It has an option to hook up to continuous water but have not used it. This was not a cheap machine, but this summer it will be the joy of my pool parties!
