Universal Charger 45W T-Charger Compatible with Mac Book Air 11′ and 13′ After Mid 2012

I recently lost the charger for my macbook air (early 2015 a1466) on a trip. Naturally i needed to get a new one, but the original apple charger is very expensive. I looked at many of the reviews on amazon and this one is highly rated, and my particular model is listed as compatible. It arrived quickly and works just as well as the apple charger. It looks the same and you can also remove the prongs and replace them with the extension cable if you have one. Personally, i like the way it came, less wires. Very happy buyer.

Daughters are college students and often times when they come home they forget their chargers. Ordered this in a pitch because one had homework due and her battery was dead. Got it in 12 hours and she was up and running as soon as we plugged it in.

Functional and recharge quickly. Price is good too comparing with what i bought from apple store. Highly recommended!

I was skeptical ordering this because i normally use the chargers directly from the apple store or whatever comes with my devices. After my dog chewed up my cord i was in no position to spend $80 on a new mac charger from apple because i’m a broke college student. But this charger works amazing! It charges my laptop so fast & it’s so affordable. I would absolutely buy this product because it works exactly like the original charger at a fraction of the cost.

2012 macbook air, model a1 466. Stopped charging last week and after doing smc resets, blamed the last charger as nothing had worked. Also last charger was in bad condition. Went to amazon, ordered this one but wasn’t fully sure it will resolve the issue. Got the product in a day. Opened, started charging and boom. Everything works seamlessly. Writing this review from that macbook air which is charging now.

Not much to say – it was a perfect replacement for our laptop charger. These things can break easily, but so far it looks sturdy. The magnet holds well, and the cord doesn’t stretch out of place.

Loved the small packaging and how sturdy the material seems. Had to replace an old charger and i’m sure this one will last me quite some time. 10/10 so far so good

It’s a good charger, relatively sturdy construction. Charging cable and magnetic connector are solid build, magnet works as expected, including power light. I would give this 5★ if it also came w/ a power cord. Luckily the power cord from my old charger was still in excellent condition, so i just slid that onto the charging base. So keep in mind when you order, this unit only comes with the slide on outlet plug and you will need a power cord if you don’t want to plug the base directly into a power outlet.

Fyi: the charging cord is made of rigid rubber, similar to the original apple cord. If you want to avoid frays and cracks it would be best to apply a reinforcement material immediately, such as sugru. You can find diy fix-it instructions online.

This charger is amazing! I bought this product expecting it tobe a cheap knockoff of an apple charget but, i got so much more .the charging speed is very fast and it does not get too hot overtime. I must say that i was very satisfied with the product quality.

This works great with my 2015 11 inch macbook air, my only wish was that the cord was longer, but for the price, this is an amazing value. It was received a day earlier than promised too which we appreciate. I can’t comment on durability since we have been using it for less than 1 week.

This charger works for 2013 macbook air.
I counted how fast it charges my laptop, and it took about a little more than 2 minutes to charge 1% of battery.
The seller included to write a review and get $5 amazon gift card (it’s limited time deal). The value of money would be satisfied once i received this deal.

I ordered this charger when i accidentally left my apple charger at home. When i first plugged it into the wall, there were huge sparks, which makes me so nervous, but that hasn’t happened since. My original charger has been returned to me so i’ll probably always rely on that but will keep this one if the same thing ever happens again or i need a backup. Overall charged my laptop fine. Just the sparks scare me a little.

Best alternate to an oem charger i have seen. It even has two concealed hooks that can be used to wrap the charger cord preventing tangling when not in use. Charger does get hot vs the oem when charging the macbook after a while

Product arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, protected, and functional. I purchased this charger to replace my existing and ‘spare’ macbook air charger. Being able to purchase this replacement meant i didn’t have to travel to an apple store or replace the laptop.
