In my opinion, webroot is the gold standard as far a antivirus software is concerned. It does a great job of detecting malware and it doesn’t majorly slow down my computer like all of the other anti-malware programs that i have used. When it’s time to renew your license, just type in the new code and you’re done. No need to remove and reinstall the software. Highly recommended!

I have used it for years and i will not change

This was a replacement for my first year’s webroot protection. Trusting it will prove equally effective as in the past. I had placed my tenetive order for webroot a few days ahead (in my cart), of being hospitalized for surgery. My existing plan ran out two days after my surgery, and i came home four days from june 11th. I was dismayed to note that amazon had raised the price of my package $10.00 in that time. I don’t think this was fair, however, i went ahead with my order due to the critical protection i needed !!

Wow! I really can’t believe i got this for 30 bucks! Two years and three devices – amazing!!
The product is digital so i got it in my account within seconds.
I’ve already installed webroot in the past; i just needed a new key code to renew my subscription. So installation was quick and easy.
You copy the key code, go to the webroot software ‘view status’ -> my account -> settings button/cogwheel -> paste the key code -> webroot will do a scan and done! You’re safe for two more years

I haven’t installed this license yet, so this review is based on my experiences with webroot over the last few years.
Installing this on one computer is easy, but it is hard to link other devices to use the three seats in the license. It is also not possible to stack up licenses in their administration center. I’d like to enter the license and have it autimatically extend my subscription, but the administration center starts using the new license right away, so you lose any time remaining on the previous license. Other vendors have found their way around these problems, so i viewe this as poor customer saupport on the part of webroot. Nevertheless, i have had almost no problem with viruses for sevrral years using this and the free version of avast. They work differently and don’t seem to conflict for me.

Would not download from amazon site. Had to find a download with search. Difficult. I still get expired notices even after uninstalling the old subscription. I guess it is working, not sure.
