Yakibest Basics High-Density Round Foam Roller for Exercise, Massage, Muscle Recovery – 12′, 18′, 24′, 36′

I got this roller as i use similar at my local gold’s gym and my small roller would just hurt too much. I think the size is better than my previous small roller as this one allows me to have more control of motion and its large enough for my back and does not get stuck on my body (at least that is what i felt with small one). Now i use when i just have some back and leg pains without having to wait until i am at the gym only. The quality of the product is great and one would never even know it is amazon brand unless you search for this. Buy if you are like me that are always in pain for workinout a lot or just always doing so much manual labor. Hopefully this review helps others.

I first used this product at my local gym and i fell in love with it. Honestly, it became my only reason for going to the gym. Once i moved to a different state, i found myself missing that foam back roller; so i decided to buy one for myself. This product really helps me fully roll out my back and helps me with any pain that i get from my labor job. Just lying on it helps relieve the stress i have.

I had a tremendous pain in my upper back extending to my right wrist (caused by bad posture at the piano). The roller helped me to massage and loosen my back muscles and accompanied with a simple yoga posture (the plow) i have recovered. I think the roller can also come in handy for other parts of my body too. The density of the roller really helps give a good massage.

This is your best friend after a killer leg day!! The pain relief is the best!! Love this thing. Perfect range of motion. As for traveling? It is a bit bulky but that is none of my concern, she stays in the spare room

Honestly wasn’t sure if it would work for me, got it in the mail today. Used it once and it reduced my pain significantly. I’ve thought about buying one sooner and i should’ve. If you’re thinking it might be a good idea to buy this then do it, just make sure you follow a reliable youtube guide on how to use it safely.

I never would have thought something so simple could provide such relief for delayed onset muscle soreness. This product is firm enough to really massage sore muscles. It’s not too bulky. And it’s easy to use.

I have fallen off shorter rollers and they feel awkward. The longer one is the way to go. I get mouse shoulder really bad. This helps ease the pain and then it starts to feel really good. Keep going and my issue disappeared. Love this thing so much i wish i could adopt it as part of my family.

I used to run track so this is my best friend when it comes to strains muscles and pains. I had muscle pains after work and it works for it too. I never used it for traveling tho.

I’ve seen people use these for years and i finally tried it now i can’t go without it every day. The most easiest and painless way to pop my entire back and it’s makes stretching easy

I love this foam roller! I have scoliosis and have gone to the chiropractor every week my whole life. Otherwise i’m in a lot of pain. My daughter also has scoliosis and she bought this foam roller and told me it works so well that she doesn’t need to go to the chiropractor anymore! She let me try hers, and i was surprised and thrilled that it really works! So i bought one for myself. If you want to see how to use it, look up youtube videos. This thing is amazing for getting your spine straight and relieving pain! I love it and won’t be without it every day!

I bought the 24 inch wide one for muscle cramps in hamstrings. It works okay but is so hard it seems unnecessarily painful. Going to look for one that is not rock hard.

These are great things to have around the house.
This particular one is kind of expensive consideringthe materials, but i think it will go the distance.
It’s rigid, dense foam so don’t expect any kind of padding, though it’s not painfully hard like wood or some plastics.

I am short and need a foot rest so that my chair is high enough for ergonomic sitting for work. This foam roller is perfect. The black color is inobtrusive under the desk. It is firm and comfortable.

I am just now realizing it says “high density” in the description of the roller. Didn’t notice that when i bought it unfortunately. It’s not very comfortable for me to lie on since it is so hard and stiff.

I couldn’t wait to get this so i could use it to work out on my problem areas. This was just too solid for me, and it hurt somewhat when rolling on it. Next time i will get one that has a little cush to it. The color is adorable.

High density=rock hard

Just be aware it’s not the medium density kind you might see at the gym. For my fiance it’s perfect he loves it and uses it all the time. I use it on my legs but it’s way too stiff for my back personally. If you’ve never used a foam roller i’d start with medium density, it was my mistake for not checking (i honestly didn’t realize they made hard ones this big)
