The zulay classic milk frother is a fun gadget to have. With careful use and fully-charged batteries, the frother does a fine job whipping cream for my coffee. Powdered drink mixes – protein drinks, hot chocolate – blend pretty well with the frother. The rubbery-coated ones are very easy to hold; and the stand is a must-have.

This is my third zulay classic milk frother in about two years. I use it almost every day, and i was not especially careful with the first two. Advice: do not let the frother whisk hit the sides of the cup. Do not let fluid touch the main body of the frother (tricky when the foam builds up and you’re to fascinated to notice!). Keep the frother on its stand rather than placing it on the countertop. I think these rules should keep my zulay running for at least a year this time.
I have bought four of the zulay classic milk frothers as gifts for friends and family, and i intend to buy another when the current one wears out!

What’s not to like??
It has power, easy to clean, comes with a nifty little stand, and makes a great froth. I use it as the coffee cup with creamer is about halfway through brewing. Makes a nice cup. My wife warms up her creamer, froths it with this neat gizmo, and pours it over the top her coffee. Different strokes, same result. Look, you want something to mix and froth your java? This is the ticket!! Family is getting this from me as a stocking stuffer this christmas!

This is such a useful little gadget! I have a frother that heats and froths, but it takes some time to clean. On those days you just want a quick froth, this product does the job and cleans up in seconds. I suggest you watch some of the videos online that show how to froth with different milks and creamers. One last suggestion: do not throw away the sturdy, narrow box it comes in. You can use it to safely carry your frother when on vacation.

This thing is peppy!! It makes coffee & chocolate milk so much better! I bought this one after having a different brand (also purchased on amazon) for about a year. I was never impressed with the other one, but never got around to replacing it. I really wish i had sooner, because this one blows the other one out of the … Water, or should i say milk? Also the extra few bucks to have the stand is totally worth it. No more mess all over the counter. I may even purchase another because i bet it would make really good scrambled eggs!

It works like magic to blend chocolate syrop into milk, and to mix up my vitamin and mineral powders into water. I love this thing and use it everyday! It has a really long battery life too! It is small enough to fit into any regular size cup or glass. Because it is so easy to use, and easy to clean, i take my vitamins and powdered suppliments much more readily than ever before. It is hassle free!

It does exactly what is supposed to do and more! Love my little frother/mixer from my lattes to whipping a cup of whipping cream for coffee drinks in a flash! Highly recommend! Also good for mixing my powder fiber supplement with water. The stand is great, it’s stable.

I bought several of these for gifts. It comes with batteries, it’s inexpensive and it stays on when you mash the power button. You don’t have to keep pressing it. The stand is perfect for the frother. It keeps it off the counter. Buy it. You won’t regret it.

This works, it does. It froths the cream for foam top cold brews. It does take a bit to get there though. I thought it would have a little more oomph behind it. Still works great and is easy to clean so i am happy with it

This handheld frother has excellent speed and froths hot milk great! Doubles the volume fast! I also use it to froth my flavored coffee creamers, and it works excellent on that too! Comes with a handy cute stand holder. Great price and great handheld frother! Buy it!

This hand-held frother is fun to use and it whips up warm milk perfectly! Now i can make my own lattes at home. First, i warm the milk in the microwave then use the frother. I either add the coffee first or later. The milk is foamy either way. I’ve also used it to froth flavored coffee creamer as well.

Overall, i love this product and have used it soooo many times since purchasing it. I mostly use it to make whipped coffee but i’ve also used it for mixing protein powder in milk and frothing milk / creamer for coffee.

It is incredible effective for exclusively liquid substances like milk and creamer; i realized this after over-frothing my creamer one morning to the point of pure foam lol. After that i kept it in mind and i know to only do it for a short amount of time. Super easy to use, versatile in what it can be used for (as far as liquids go), and tbh it just looks really cute on the coffee-making section of my counter. The stand is a hugeeee plus, i definitely wouldn’t purchase an alternative option without one.

It gets the job done for whipped coffee, if that’s what you’re looking for. But i would make sure to use long-lasting, high-voltage aa batteries because the biggest downside for me is how quickly my cheap batteries die in it. Mid-whipping i have to make the annoying decision to change them out when i notice it’s slacking. Maybe i need to use stronger batteries, or maybe it’s just not suitable for mixing thicker substances like sugar / instant coffee to make it whipped. I can’t submerge the end deep enough into the mixture to whip it from top to bottom because it will just stop spinning when its submerged. Does just fine if i do the same with milk, so i usually just try to keep it at shallow depths or right on top when i use it to whip coffee. Still does the job, though it’s simply not as effective in easily / quickly making whipped coffee. So if that’s your main motivation in buying a related product, i’d probably research first if there are other models with more effective blending power. I’d also consider the strength of the metal used because that could also decrease how well it blends thicker substances.

All in all, great product that gets the job done for a variety of mostly-liquid substances. Hoping that when i switch to more powerful batteries, it solves the slight inconveniences i’ve noticed.

Ive been looking for a handheld frother, but i was having a hard time deciding. So, i decided to test 3 different brands: zulay (original), bean envy, & simpletaste. Here’s my thoughts:

zulay and bean envy appear to be the exact same product (see pictures). Each company clearly just stamped their own logo on it. Because they’re the same (im assuming)-both have lifetime warranties, a nice strong whisk + stand, and are priced roughly the same. I also really liked the smooth feel of the material. It felt/looked high quality. What i didn’t like was:
1. That you have to hold down the button the entire ‘frothing’ time, which is awkward and uncomfortable,
2. The batteries were hard to get in/out (and not included), and
3. There was a weird smell coming from the motor when i used it.

For simpletaste: it was slightly bigger, with a longer whisk, and had a lower cost. With that said, it was made with a plastic that caused it to look/feel cheaper, and i’m not sure the whisk was as strong as the other two brands. There is also a much shorter warranty offered. What i liked:
1. On/off button for the frother that you didn’t have to hold down,
2. Batteries were easy to get in/out (plus they were included with the purchase)
3. The slightly longer whisk made it easier to go deeper into liquid.

In the end, i’m keeping the simpletaste because the on/off button and longer whisk were important features to me. Plus, the strange smell coming from the other brands motor, was off-putting. Either way, there’s not a huge price difference between the three, so it’s important for you to decide what features/ aspects matter most to you and go from there.

I had this product now for a month or more and using it everyday. At first it worked perfectly so much that my wife told me that it is the best gadget i ever bought.
In the last two weeks though i had problem starting the device. I press and press and only after quite a few tries the engine starts to work. I changed batteries and all but it doesn’t seem to improve.
Nevertheless, when the device works it is perfect, it froths milk and coffee the way i like.
I just wish it would start as soon as the button is pressed.

I bought this item to replace one just like it i bought on amazon about a year ago and loved. The life of my 1st one was short-lived – it did not work after after about 10 months. But i did use it every single day and sometimes twice a day if i had 2 cups of coffee. So if you do the math on the number of days and times i used it not bad for the price so i decided to go ahead and purchase another one.
However i totally missed the boat on it saying best mother ever because i’m not a mother and that would be really weird to have in my house so i am giving it to my sister as a gift because she’s a mother.

I hope it lasts her more than ten months.

I really like this handheld blender, it works great for whipping up and frothing warm or hot milk or cream for coffee or blending flavorings into beverages like coconut oil into my coffee. The one thing i don’t like is how lightweight the metal stand is. Don’t get me wrong, i would make sure i order again with the stand because having it stand upright on my counter between uses is very important i don’t want it laying down and getting damaged. I just wish the base of the metal stand was heavier, because as i’m working with the blender and i put it back in the stand it feels like the stand can easily fall over, and if i’m in the middle of something i need to quickly put my blender back in the stand i feel like i’ll knock it over. Other than that i really like it and would get this product again with the stand despite the fact that i feel it’s too lightweight it still works well and holds my device up and off the counter and looks nice

This works really well! Until you try traveling with it.. Mine made it the whole trip until the last day when it almost snapped in half other than that it’s a great tool i use daily and lasts awhile!

This little guy is strong, but it’s a little shorter than the one i originally had, and you have to continuously hold the button down. That makes it a little tuffer to use when when you have taller coffee mugs. Still a solid tool though.

Only negative to this product is the batteries are not easy to get out. There is a piece of fabric which needs to lay beneath so make sure to set up the batteries correctly when you are installing them or you will never be able to get them out. Great product, works well for my purposes which is to froth creamer every now and then

This is a good frother, but it only has one setting, which is too powerful. The coffee spills all over the place even 3/4 filled. They need diff settings. Overall, good quality and fast delivery.

Durable, reliable and sleek looking. Multitude of colors and looks good in my coffee set up. Just wish it had a setting that had it stay on all the time.
